training.3. MSF develops curricula, certifies instructors, establishes
standards, recognizes sites, and assures quality.4. Rider education and training is an effective safety
countermeasure, and is a key piece in the puzzle toward a motorcyclist safety system.
5. MSF is involved in program development, licensing, research, and communications.
6. Primary issues are effective training, licensing, alcohol use, use of protective gear, and riders making the right choices.
