DRÄGER SHARESIn 1979, Dräger issued preferred shares in its IPO; today the company is listed in the TecDax share index. In 2010, the company carried out a capital increase in the course of which it issued common shares with voting rights for the first time, and in doing so opened up still further to the capital market. The Dräger family contin- ues to hold the majority of common shares.
