KENW-TV’s 36th annual Auction is an exciting ten-day online shopping extravaganza with all proceedsused to purchase and broadcast quality programslike Sesame Street, PBS NewsHour, Austin CityLimits and Nova on KENW.

IF YOU HAVE COMPUTER ACCESS: You can goto the website at any time that is convenient for you.Register to bid, and then have fun looking at all ofthe wonderful items. If you registered last year, youdo not need to register again. You do need to up-date your address, phone numbers, etc.

IF YOU WANT KENW TO PLACE YOUR BIDSFOR YOU: Just call us at (locally) 575-562-2112 or(toll-free)1-888-367-5369. We’ll set up your ac-count, and you can tell us which items you are in-terested in bidding on and how much you want tobid. That’s all there is to it. If you get outbid, we’llcall and see if you want to raise your bid. If you findadditional items you want to bid on, just call us back.

NOTE: Merchandise is subject to a 5% gross re-ceipt tax, however gift certificates are exempt.

PICK UP & PAY: As soon as the Auction closeson Sunday June 10th, e-mail invoices will be sentto all winning bidders. Instructions for picking upand paying for items will be included in the e-mail.If you do not have e-mail, we’ll mail your invoiceto you. (If you purchased this Auction catalog, the$2.00 fee will be deducted from your invoice.)

Beginning Tuesday, June 12th, bidders can cometo the Broadcast Center at 1450 S. Ave. N inPortales to pay for and pick up their winning items,or you can mail in your check and your item(s)will either be mailed or shipped via UPS to you.(The mailing address will be on your invoice.) Ifyour items are shipped to you, a small shippingcharge will be added to your total amount due.

If you want to pay for your items with a credit card,we can either mail them or ship them to you assoon as we have your credit card number. WEDO NOT SAVE CREDIT CARD NUMBERSFROM ONE YEAR TO THE NEXT. If you gaveus your credit card number last year, you will haveto do so again this year.
