LWRCI has engineered a complete solution to the decits ound

in the direct impingement M16/AR15/M4 amily o ries and

carbines. Te principal improvement comes rom the

incorporation o our patented sel-regulating short-stroke

gas-piston system. Tis system eliminates the venting o hot,

carbon-laden gases into the receiver and bolt carrier group, thus

eliminating the intensive cleaning regime o the legacy rie. It also

means the bolt carrier group and associated springs are not

subjected to the searing heat o the tapped gasses, this being one

o the major causes o small parts ailure. Tis translates into

carbines that are ar more reliable than the legacy direct

impingement carbines regardless o user maintenance.

LWRCI ries and carbines utilize cold hammer o rged barrels made

out o 41V45 steel alloy (per Mil-B-11995E) and treated with

NiCorr surace conversion technology. NiCorr Cold hammer

orging takes a gun-drilled barrel blank and high pressure rotary

hammers compact the barrel blank over a mandrel. Tis orms perect

riing devoid o tool marks. It also compacts the molecular structure o

the metal making it denser and stronger. Tese barrels can take a lot

more use and abuse than a standard barrel beore any degradation in

accuracy or loss o velocity. NiCorr surace conversion has proved

more lubricious, harder wearing, more heat and corrosion resistantthan the hard chrome normally used in the bore. Plus, NiCorr is used

not only or the bore but over the entire barrel. Our barrels can handle

20,000 rounds beore replacement, as compared to 6,000-10,000

rounds on a standard M4.

Another advantage ound in LWRC International ries and carbines is

the patented EXO Tecnology nickel-alloy coating used on our

bolts, bolt carriers, barrel extensions, hammers and triggers. EXO

creates a greaseless, permanently lubricious surace thats harder than

the substrate itsel and unlike chrome, conventional coatings a nd

applied lubricants, it never rubs o, thins out, or builds up crud. Tis

same proprietary coating is in use by USSOCOM to extend the

service lie o their advanced weapons systems.

All o our weapons chambered in 5.56 NAO and 6.8 SPC eature

our Adanced Combat Bolt (ACB). It eatures a ully supported

bolt ace (no undercut or the extractor as on a mil-spec bolt), a whale

tail extractor that eatures two springs instead o the one on a mil-spec

bolt, a bolt ace groove to collect dirt and brass shavings that might

otherwise prevent a cartridge rom ully seating, and the EXO coating

that provides permanent lubricity and unparalleled wear resistance. All

o these enhancements mean that you have a bolt that will last or

20,000 rounds as compared to 6,000 rounds or a mil-spec. With a

mil-spec bolt you must change the extractor spring at 3,000 rounds

and by 6,000 rounds the bolt has developed micro-ssures and is

worn out. On the ACB, we recommend replacing the springs at

10,000 rounds and because the ACB is made rom a case hardened

steel alloy typically ound in race car transmissions, the bolt will

continue to operate saely to 20,000 rounds and beyond. In act we

have never worn one o these bolts out and have tested their reliability

with one spring and even a single hal o one spring, and they still

unction reliably. Te ACB is the ultimate bolt on the market.

We now oer the option oCeraote nishes. Cerakote is a unique

ceramic based thermoset epoxy nish that is applied over top o the

hard coat anodizing. It is extremely durable, abrasion resistant,

provides a 100% color match nish among the parts, and oers a

degree o camouage in a variety o environments. Our standard

oerings will be in Flat Dar Eart (FDE) and Olie Drab Green

(ODG). Te FDE guns with FDE urniture are much cooler to the

touch when exposed to direct sunlight than are the black guns; an

excellent choice or warghters in desert environments.

Te UCIW or Ultra Compact Individual Weapon, was devel-

oped or a requirement o the British Special Forces. Te UCIW

was designed or use by tank and helicopter crew members, and

others who need an extremely compact gun or operations in

conned spaces. With a 7 barrel and a custom made buer

tube, the overall length o the UCIW is only 22 with the stock

collapsed. And while small, the UCIW, like our PSD, is capable

o raining down a barrage o rie re in both semi and ully

automatic modes. It is available in black , FDE and OD Green.

Currently the UCIW is only available in 5.56 NAO.

and workmanship or lie o the original purchaser. LWRCI

obligation under this warranty shall be limited to (1) repairing or

(2) replacing any product upon inspection at LWRCI and based on

its discretion, is ound to deective in material or in workmanship.

Tis warranty is limited and does not extend to: careless handling,

abuse and misuse, unauthorized adjustments or modications, use o

improper ammunition, excessive or unreasonable use, ordinary wear

& tear, rust or corrosion, and barrel obstruction.

Repairs are warranted or the duration o the original warranty and

applies only to actory built products.

EXCLuSIvE REMEDY

Te remedies in this section and in the warranty agreement constitute

the sole and exclusive remedies o any authorized customer, as well as

its successors and assigns, or any deect in the product.

Te warranty stated in this agreement is the sole and exclusive

warranty pertaining to the product. LWRCI disclaims any warranty

express or implied, including, without limitation, any warranty

o merchantability or tness or a particular purpose. In no event

shall LWRCI, LLC be responsible or any indirect, incidental or

consequential damages including, without limitations, lost prots,

costs o delay, with respect to economic loss or injury to property or

to third parties, whether as a result o breach o express or implied

warranty, negligence or otherwise.

Prior to returning any LWRCI product or warranty work, you

must receive return material authorization (RMA) rom our customer

service department. Te contact inormation is shown below. Items

must be returned prepaid to the address shown below. LWRCI, LLC

accepts no responsibility or items lost or damaged in shipping. Items

that are returned and ound to be Out-o -Warranty will be repaired at

the customers expense; however, no work will be perormed without

the customers written authorization.
