judged on four criteria: 25% 4-H points, 25%application, 25% interview and 25% display. Thedisplays were in the Exhibit Hall during the Fair.The Four runner-ups each received $250 payableto a higher institution of learning and theAchievement Winner received $500 along withthe trophy, medallion and ribbons.The Achievement for 2011 is Matt Somerlott, sonof Dave and Kim Somerlott. He will be a
