A memorial to the late Hal Stump was unveiled at the Noble County Community Fair 4-H Dairy Show. Stump, a long-time supporter of the Noble County Dairy Club and Noble County 4-H, passed away on July 1, 2014. Members of his family are shown with the tree planted in his name and the memorial outside the Noble County Fairgrounds dairy barn.
