Arts integration is an approach to teaching in which students construct and demonstrate

understanding through an art form. Students engage in a creative process, which connects to an art form and another subject area and meets objectives in both. Ongoing research about how humans learn supports learning that is active and experiential, reflective, social, evolving, and focused on problem-solving. CTN show and workshops provide learning experiences that reflect all these characteristics.
