What do we do for holiday this year?

DREam bIG. a lITTlE bIGGER. bIGGER STIll. NOw, wElCOmE abOaRD.
You’re thinking about what to do for your holiday and the usual suspects come to mind:
beach holidays, theme parks and road trips. Well, if none of these ideas make your heart
beat faster, then consider it a sign. This is the year to do something different. Because
nothing takes you further away from an ordinary holiday than a Carnival cruise.
Think about it. No, don’t think about it. Imagine it. Feeling the stress melt away as you
get a hot stone treatment. Playing nine holes of mini-golf at 21 knots. Taking the ultimate
plunge at Carnival WaterWorksTM. Dining while being serenaded by an orchestra of
waves. Exploring the seabed in a glass-bottom boat in New Caledonia. Abseiling
down the face of a waterfall in Vanuatu. Feasting away at a beachside barbie in Fiji.
Or maybe feeling the wind in your hair on a 4WD safari in New Zealand. We’re talking
the kind of fun you’ll want to tell people about. But you’ll have to wait ‘til you get home.
You won’t have time for postcards when you’re having this much fun. Sorry, Grandma.
You see, the whole point of a holiday is to get away from everything ordinary for a while.
Put on your fun hat. Let loose. Unleash. And nothing does that better than a Carnival
cruise. So come aboard, join us and have the kind of holiday you’ve only imagined.

You’re on a ship that’s nearly the length of three footy fields and every square metre of it is packed with
things to do/see/taste/try.
So, welcome to your new home away from home. How about a tour? You’ll notice the sports court,
a choice of swimming pools and an outdoor jogging track. Over there you’ll find our Spa CarnivalTM and
two-deck fitness centre, the primo destinations for aromatherapy massages and workouts with
amazing ocean views.
Meanwhile, families are deciding what to do first: play
a round of mini-golf or splish-splash at the watertastic
Carnival WaterWorksTM. The waterpark is currently being
built just for you Aussies and it has it all. It’s got a totally
fun water playground for the kids, complete with a giant
bucket waterfall, there’s Carnival’s Twister WaterslideTM
(hope you like it slippery) and a heart-racing thrill
waterslide for the big people (and the brave little people).
Couples are sipping fruity umbrella drinks by the pool
and friends are relaxing with one of our local beers,
watching the sunset.
Use the ship onboard mobile phone service and Wi-Fi
capability to keep in touch with friends and family back
home. They’ll love to hear you boast about all the fun you’re having.
With so much to do, you may not want to leave the ship at all. But we hope you do, because we’ve planned
heaps of awesome things for you to do onshore too.

3, 2, 1, go!
Hmmm, what’s for dinner tonight? Entrée: Cured Salmon and Candied Tomato
or Apple Relish, Roasted Capsicums and Rosemary Remoulade?
Main : Duet of Guinness Roasted Rack and Leg of Australian Lamb or Grilled Barramundi Fillets?
Dessert : Fresh Tropical Fruit Plate or Warm Chocolate Melting Cake?
Tea /Coffee: Herbal Tea or Flat White?
At home, you eat the same meals every week. Guess what? You’re not at home. So give your taste buds
permission to be a little adventurous, because from brekkie to dinner, and every snack in between, we’ve
got something great cooking.
For a casual meal, try our Lido deck buffet for a taste of some delicious international options – Asian today,
Mexican tomorrow. Or do lunch at our yummy deli. Try something a little bit naughty at our café, or enjoy a
light meal at the salad bar. Or step into our glittering main dining room for some fresh Australian seafood and
finish up with our popular Warm Chocolate Melting Cake. In the mood to go more formal? Then, by all means,
make a reservation and join us at our Steakhouse for
prime-aged steaks, cooked to perfection, and other
mouthwatering gourmet cuisine.
Just want a little nibble? May we suggest our
stateroom service, or a pastry and cappuccino?
Maybe soft-serve frozen yoghurt, a slice of pizza
or a trip to our sushi bar?
It’s all about what you want – and when you want it.
Carnival’s Your Choice DiningTM lets you eat when you
are hungry (novel concept, right?). You can pick your
set dinner seating time, or choose Your Time DiningTM
and be seated restaurant-style whenever you like,
with who ever you like.
All our restaurants serve some of the very best Australian produce. Fruit, veggies, meat, you name it, we have
local options. Kinda makes you hungry just thinking about it.

Dining
lObSTER IN THE DINING ROOm?PIZZa IN YOUR PJs?YOU GOT IT.
After a full day of fun, and with your stomach happy after all the dinner options, we can focus on making the
rest of you feel just as good. Go on, listen to a pianist tickle the ivories. Belt out your favourite song during
karaoke. Take over – and, yes, own – the dance floor. Court Lady Luck and see what you can win in our
casino or just sit back and let someone else steal the show during one of our nightly main stage productions.
Is your head spinning yet from all the options? Let’s break ’em down and see what’s up your alley.
First, we have to mention our stage shows. Think live performances, stunning costumes and standing
ovations. Our Comedy Club, ‘The Punchliner’, is also a big hit. You like laughing ’til your sides hurt, right?
And what about Superstar Live Karaoke? Come on, who can resist a solo with a live band behind them?
Then there’s the casino. It’s open while the ship is at sea,
so stop by and try your luck on the pokies or double down
at the blackjack table.
When you want to hit the bars and lounges, we’ve got
even more options. 16 to be exact. So there’s bound
to be something to take your fancy. Sing along to your
favourites in the piano bar. Or cozy up and listen to live
jazz. Dance the night away in our nightclub. Or enjoy a
coldie while catching a game on a big flat-screen.
Night time fun!Go see some Aussie comedians.Karaoke! Nothing beats hitting the high notes.Hit the casino.Watch the stars from your ocean view balcony.Dust off your dance moves at the nightclub.Kick back and listen to some jazz.Be wowed by our stage shows.

Parlez vous Francais? No? Never mind. All you really need to know
in New Caledonia is how to let loose. How to tap into your fun side.
How to find your joie de vivre (sorry, the French thing is addictive).
On our 8-day New Caledonia cruise you’ll have no trouble putting
a smile on your dial. First, don the sunnies and catch some rays on
the white sandy beaches of Emerald Bay, then discover just why
the Isle of Pines earned its title as ‘The Jewel of The Pacific’.
Let your sophisticated side out in the cosmopolitan city of Noumea,
maybe even try some French cuisine (did someone say croissant),
before making faces at the fish in a glass-bottom boat ride to Duck Island.
Got an extra day up your sleeve? What a coincidence. We have a
9-day itinerary too. And what do you do with an extra day in New
Caledonia? Sail to Lifou Isle of course. Here you can just chill on
Luegoni Bay, New Caledonia’s most beautiful beach. Or strap on
a hardhat and explore the island’s many caves… caves… caves.
Hey, it’s fun to echo.
So are you feeling the French vibe yet? Oui?
Then welcome aboard mon ami.

Blue skies? Check. White sands? Check. Friendly locals? Check.
Congratulations, you’re all set for the perfect holiday. For a totally
new experience. For fun.
You can dial the excitement up or down in New Caledonia. Grab
some precious you time on the secluded Peng Beach on Lifou Isle,
then do some ship spotting from the Amedee Lighthouse in Noumea
(punch boatie!). Or just roll with the waves on the Isle of Pines’
Bay of Rollers.
Then up your culture intake in Vanuatu. Start by planting yourself on
one of Mystery Island’s stunning beaches before catching a traditional
dance in Wala (hey, maybe you can steal a few moves). And if you’re
feeling super adventurous, you can explore the world-class dive sites
in Santo, or just act like a pirate and find treasure at the markets of
Port Vila.
A 10 or 11-day New Caledonia and Vanuatu itinerary has it all. Two
Island Nations means two times everything. That’s two times the fun.
Two times the culture. Two times the good stuff. So, are you ready to
jump on board? Yes, yes.

Life doesn’t always have to be go, go, go. Sometimes it’s nice to just
sit back and unwind. But whatever pushes your relaxation button, rest
assured you’ll find it on our 12-day Pacific Islands cruise.
Whether you let off steam by trying lots of exciting things, or by
making like a coconut and just going with the flow. Hey, no need
to choose, we’ve got both covered.
First up, take a stroll through the colonial architecture in Noumea,
then grab your snorkel and goggles and hang with the weird and
wonderful marine life on Vanuatu’s Mystery Island.
Then it’s off to Fiji to feast yourself silly at a beachside BBQ in
Port Denarau before watching a Fijian Fire Walking and Cultural
show (any volunteers?). Next it’s time to give the credit card a
workout with all the duty free bargains in the Fijian capital, Suva.
Or if you’re feeling super cultural you can visit Sawani Village and
meet a real life Fijian warrior. Don’t be scared, they’re big softies.
And then it’s back to New Caledonia to get lost among the famous
pines on the aptly named Isle of Pines. Like the sound of that?
Well lucky for you, somewhere in the picture-postcard Pacific,
there’s a holiday with your name on it.

New Zealand. Not the biggest country on the planet, but it sure
packs a punch. Mix stunning landscapes with adventure sports,
throw in some world-class food and wine to taste, plus some fabulous
festivals, and you’ve got 13 days jam-packed with well, everything!
Admire the gobsmacking scenery of Fiordland Park or wheelie
through the countryside on a mountain bike in Port Chalmers.
Feel the wind (and water) in your hair on a jet boat ride in Christchurch.
Or buckle up tight on a 4WD safari in Wellington before testing your
nerve on a cable car ride above the city.
And we’re not done yet. Go full-throttle on a quad-bike adventure
in Napier then catch your breath as you marvel at the art-deco
buildings. Cop a drenching on a totally wild Rotarua rafting trip from
Tauranga and (if you’ve got any energy left) reach for the sky with the
Auckland Bridge Climb tour.
Phew! This holiday is bursting at the seams. And there are about a
gazillion other things we couldn’t fit on this page. So get ready to hit
the ground running, and don’t forget to pack your energy!

Cruise vs. Standard Land Holiday?
YES, THaT’S INClUDED TOO. SO PINCH YOURSElf, NOT YOUR PENNIES.
Rest assured, most stuff is already included on a Carnival cruise. We just think that when you sail with us, it’s

once. Compared to ordinary land-based holidays, your dollar goes further and – well, see for yourself – your
fun lasts longer. Ooh, we almost forgot. There's no tipping
required, because, you guessed it, that's included too. What’s Included?
