Page 2: 2012 AVMA Annual Convention Sponsorship Menu

As a corporate sponsor of the AVMA Annual Convention your company becomes part of 149 years of top notch education, diverse audiences for engagement and networking and a unique connection to the veterinary profession through our 81,600 AVMA member community.

AVMA’s Annual Convention Sponsorship Program goes beyond your booth by:• providing brand alignment with cutting edge CE, technology and critical issues• taking advantage of affordable and effective opportunities, measured for impact• maximizing resources with a mix & match menu allowing easy customization

Choose the starting point and AVMA will work with you to create a sponsorship plan with value and ROI. Visual opportunities include print, electronic, and onsite recognition to further your reach and impact.

AVMA Continuing Education is a primary reason attendees come to Convention but here are some additional methods to connect with attendees and deliver your message effectively:

Offer complimentary food and refreshments. Be creative with your message and take advantage of Convention Sponsorship to offer breakfast or lunch to a segment of attendees. Or host alternative learning programs that include attendee hospitality and provide CE credits.

Engage the right attendee. Close to 50% of attending veterinarians are involved with purchasing decisions at their practice – use Convention Sponsorship and target your audience with an offer they can’t refuse.

Time your promotion effectively. About 25% of attendees plan to make a purchase in the next year so use Convention Sponsorship and develop post-Convention offers to leverage end of year budgets.

Be where there is sure to be a crowd. Join the Exhibit Hall Reception or host a coffee break and stand out in the exhibit hall among the crowd of thousands of attendees.

Make a good first impression. Reach a new audience every year as nearly 75% of AVMA Convention attendees are first-time attendees

* Note: Statistics based on 2011 Attendee Survey and Exhibit Hall metrics
