that defines what the group homes must do to meet their obligations to DCF/BMCW

When will I get my contract?Contracts will be granted only when:
Re-registration process is completeMost recent (2010 or newer) Audits are
complete and pass musterFinal approved group home list is due in
Madison by May 31, so that contracts can be routed to you in time for…
Start Day of Contracts: July 1 OR date of signing, if later than July 1

DocuSignAlerted that the Contract is available using emailLink in email takes you to the DocuSign websitePoint, click, and submit!

Important things to remember!You need internet access and an email address
to receive and send the contractWe need an accurate email address and a phone
number for the person who will sign the contractIf you don’t see the contract by about June 20,
check your spam filterIf the notification isn’t in your span filter, and you
still haven’t received the notification, call Mark Mueller
You will not be able to change the contract when you receive it.
