engineers must obey the following regulations. Any subcon disobeys
these rules we will stop the contract and give punishment according
to our damage, any engineer disobeys this rules, which will be
given warning letter and be kicked out from the project until stop
contract.a.Firstly before any activity you must get permission
letter.Secondly when you enter and leave the site you must inform
NOC.Especially when you are ready to leave the site you must
confirm with NOC everything is ok then you can leave site. b.
Activity of power supply, when you change MCB or any other
power/rectifier work you must report to Huawei and NOC first,
especially for the existing equipments. All of these activities you
must get approval from Huawei and Operator by email or hardcopy. c.
Immediate communication and information feedback. Once any issue or
trouble happens you must report to GCI PM ASAP (Within 5 Minutes),
any delay will be regarded as disobeying this rule. d. Personal
safety of subcon teams. According to the contract between GCI and
subcon,all the subcon should take full responsibility for all your
team memberes/engineers.please pay more attention to this issue and
take enough protection actions and ensure the personal safety of
