Students with SAT scores of 500 or better in reading, writing, and math or ACT scores of 21 or better in English, reading, and math may submit these scores in lieu of the assessment. Students who are not enrolled in a certificate or degree plan/program are not required to take the assessment unless they are enrolling in a mathematics or English class.

An application should be made at least two weeks prior to the start of your classes to allow processing of the application. Financial assistance information is available at http://www.mecc.edu. Students applying for financial aid less than two weeks prior to the start of classes will need to pay for their tuition and books and be reimbursed by financial aid later in the semester.
