1. Visit www.FIADA.com
2. Sign In
a. MEMBERS: Click “Sign In” to login to your FIADA account
b. NONMEMBERS: Click “Join Now” to Join FIADA OR Create a free non‐member account
3. Select Dealer Training School, Continuing Education (CE), and Online (CE).
4. Click “Register for the online continuing education course.”
5. Click “Register for this event”
6. Select “Online Continuing Education Course,” Fill out your information, and click “Save & Proceed to Checkout”
7. Click “Yes”
8. Fill out all required fields and select “Proceed to Confirmation”
9. If a pop‐up asks you to validate your address, you may select the selection and say “Use Selected” or leave the
address as you typed it and click “Submit Anyway.”
10. Click “Complete Order”
11. You will receive a confirmation email. To access your course, click the link provided:
12. Enter your username and password and click “Login”
13. Click on “Continuing Education Course”
14. Read the PDF documents to prepare for the test
15. Click “Submit Credit” to take the test
16. Fill out the certificate form and click “Continue”
17. Take the test and click “submit”
***You must get 100% correct to print your certificate*** If you have not received 100%, continuing to take the
test until you do.
18. To retrieve your certificate,
a. Login again,
b. Click on “Continuing Education Course”
c. Click “Submit Credit,”
d. Click on the link that says “Florida Department of Highway Safety Certificate”
