2013 STANLEY CUP PLAYOFFSPurchase your seats for the 2013 Stanley Cup Playoffs to guarantee significant savings in every round compared to single game prices. By purchasing your playoff package, you commit to all rounds and authorize your account to be charged based on the payment option you select:

PAY IN FULL

•  Pay for all four playoff rounds up front

•  Credit remaining at the end of the playoffs is applied to payment for next season

PAY-AS-WE-PLAY

•  Pay for playoff rounds only as they are confirmed

•  Credit from unplayed games is applied to payment for the next round, so only the difference is charged

•  Credit remaining at the end of the playoffs is applied to payment for next season

2013.14 SEASONRenew your seats for next season with a 10% non-refundable deposit and select from four convenient payment options for the balance:

•  Final balance charged Friday, August 16

Please make your cheque(s) payable to VANCOUVER CANUCKS and include your account number. If you are sending post-dated cheques for Pay-As-We-Play, they must all be sent with your account statement (Round 1 dated April 25, Round 2 dated May 9, Round 3 dated May 23, Round 4 dated June 6).

CASh PAYmENtS

Cash payments can be made at the Rogers Arena Ticket Centre for amounts up to $1,000. Amounts greater than $1,000 (or multiple cash payments for a single transaction that would exceed $1,000) will not be accepted. Payments greater than $1,000 can be made by credit card, cheque or bank draft. Please note cash payments will not be accepted for playoffs.

DECLINED PAYmENtS

Please ensure there are sufficient funds on your card or in your bank account on the payment dates to avoid service charges for failed transactions. If a problem arises with a payment, your tickets will be rendered invalid until the outstanding payment is resolved.

PAYmENt PLANS

Payments will be charged on or shortly after the 15th of each month, depending on your financial institution. All administrative fees (i.e. payment plan, ticket delivery) will be charged with your initial payment.

1 Log in to My Canucks Account (if you don’t know your password, click “Forgot Your Password?” under the login box to have it emailed to you)

2 Click 'All Pending Invoices' in the Recent Invoices heading

3 Select 2013 Playoffs

4 Review your seats under Invoice Items and click ‘Continue’

5 Select your payment plan and click ‘Continue’ (note: payment for Pay-As-We-Play accounts will not be processed until round is confirmed)

6 Enter your payment method, agree to terms of use and click ‘Purchase Tickets’

To replace your tickets via email, follow these steps:

•  Log in to My Canucks Account (canucks.com/ticketholder)

•  Click Print

•  Select the seat(s) you wish to print and click Print

•  To print tickets, click on the pop-up PDF and press print (or save PDF to your computer to print your tickets later)

•  To forward tickets, save the pop-up PDF to your computer and email PDF attachment to recipient

To post your tickets for sale on the Prime Seat Club, follow these steps:

•  Log in to My Canucks Account (canucks.com/ticketholder)

•  Select the seat(s) you wish to sell and click Sell (some games may be restricted from sale at our discretion)

•  Set posting price and expiration date and click Continue

•  Confirm posting and post tickets for sale

•  To cancel the posting, return to My Canucks Account and click Cancel if your ticket(s) have not yet sold. Otherwise, your posting will automatically expire two hours prior to the game.

WhAt hAPPENS to mY PrImE SEAt CLUB CrEDItS?

At the start of the season, ticket holders are given the choice of having Prime Seat Club credits refunded by cheque (in December, February and at the end of the playoffs), or to keep credits on account for future payments. Those who opted for refund cheques will be refunded accordingly, while those with credits on account will notice the Prime Seat Club credits on their enclosed account statement(s) applied towards playoffs or next season.

RELOCATION/SEAT SELECTIONWhEN WILL SEAt rELoCAtIoN/SELECtIoN tAKE PLACE?

Relocation for season ticket holders takes place at the end of the playoffs, while seat selection for half season ticket holders is held in July. Seat selection for ice pak holders is in early August over the phone. Information for seat relocation and selection will be sent by email prior to the scheduled dates. Please inform your Account Executive if you will be away during these times so you can arrange to send somebody on your behalf. hoW CAN I UPgrADE to A LArgEr tICKEt PACKAgE?

Based on priority and availability, half season ticket holders and ice pak holders may have an opportunity to upgrade their ticket package during their seat selection period in the summer. Be sure to ask about upgrade availability during your seat selection session.

hoW DoES thE PrIorItY SYStEm WorK?

The priority system is based on two factors: type of ticket package and years of consecutive renewal. The order of priority by ticket package is as follows: full season, half season and ice pak.

Priority numbers for full season ticket holders are assigned based on the number of consecutive years as a full season ticket holder. Full season priority does not take into account past years as a half season or ice pak holder. Priority among half season and ice pak holders, however, is determined solely by the number of consecutive years of renewal (regardless of ticket package).

PARkINGhoW Do I rENEW mY Lot 987/Lot 1 PArKINg For thE PLAYoFFS AND NExt SEASoN?

Your parking in Lot 987/Lot 1 is included on the account statements in the back of this renewal guide. If you wish to purchase your parking for the playoffs/next season, simply follow the HOW TO RENEW instructions for your ticket package(s). No other action is necessary as your payment amounts will include your parking. If you wish to opt out of parking for the playoffs and/or next season, please notify your Account Executive. hoW Do I PUrChASE PLAYoFF PArKINg IN LotS SUrroUNDINg rogErS ArENA?

Ticket holders who purchased season parking in an Impark lot have priority parking in that same lot for playoffs, up to 20 minutes prior to each game. To purchase parking for playoff games, present the “Playoffs” stub in the back of your parking booklet to the lot attendant at each game and pay the day-of-game parking rate. Be sure to allow extra time to park as the attendant will have to receive cash payment from each ticket holder. Once the priority parking period is over (20 minutes before game time), parking will be open to the public. hoW Do I PUrChASE SEASoN PArKINg IN LotS SUrroUNDINg rogErS ArENA?

Parking options for next season will be emailed to season ticket holders in July.
