That’s because, though it has developed into one of the plastic surgery fields, it covers all of the surgery departments including ophthalmology, otolaryngology, dermatology, general surgery, orthostatic surgery, breast surgery, OBGY and so on. For this reason, this field is at its early stage where it should be established correctly as a specialty. What’s more, doctors who try to start learning cosmetic surgery desperately need a systematic and reliable training program. 2013Diploma Course of KCCS

Greetings Dear colleagues!

As we know, the basic concept of cosmetic or aesthetic surgery is different from that of plastic surgery.

That’s because, though it has developed into one of the plastic surgery fields, it covers all of the surgery

departments including ophthalmology, otolaryngology, dermatology, general surgery, orthostatic surgery,

breast surgery, OBGY and so on. For this reason, this field is at its early stage where it should be established

correctly as a specialty.

What’s more, doctors who try to start learning cosmetic surgery desperately need a systematic and reliable

training program.

But, unfortunately there is no place where they can get such programs in Asia. Now two representative

countries that have regular educational programs especially in the field of cosmetic surgery are United

States (AACS) and Australia (ACCS). These programs are, however, operated by general medical committees

or societies like KCCS, not by the government organizations. Moreover, the most important thing is that

these two programs are not for Asians but for Westerners.

KCCS has been trying to set up an educational system for the fields of Asian cosmetic surgery since 2006.

KCCS hereby will launch Korean cosmetic surgery fellowship course as below.

Anyone that completes this course will be granted Diploma of KCCS and get a qualification for the

examination of Korean Board of Korean cosmetic surgery depending on experience.

This will be a golden opportunity to enhance your cosmetic surgical knowledge and skills.

We hope you can join us and have a great experience with many brilliant professionals.

Dear honored Doctors.

Hello.

I'm Dr.Lenzo from Malaysia.

I've taken the diploma course of KCCSsince 2011.

The following is my personal testimony on KCCS:

"Cosmetic Surgery practice is a much different sub-speciality compared to other Specialist training. Beauty

and Image Enhancement in once appearance had been my passion.

After attending the KCCS Diploma course in South Korea, I left Seoul with a newfound confidence and

sense of direction in my cosmetic clinical practice that I interest most.

The cosmetic live surgery and hands-on training was an amazing experience in every way - the program

was put together perfectly!

KCCS extremely knowledgeable, teaching professors were radiating passion for this industry, lectures were

engaging for maximum retention of information, helped us understand personal training from a hands-on

perspective, and practical materials and practice forms were invaluable for efficient learning.

Compared to other courses that I attended before, I had learned much more during my KCCS diploma

training, and gained much more knowledge and values from the expert in the industry. Most importantly I

was inspired to continue reaching for my dream.

More than that, KCCS showed us how to share knowledge, which taught me that in the same way

ANYTHING else is possible as long as we put our minds to it; furthering my commitment in my career.

Thank you, KCCS for being a huge part of my purpose in life!"

Dear sincere Doctors.

Hello.

I'm Dr. Yang from Taiwan.

I've taken a diploma course as a followerof KCCS.

The following is my report about the diploma course.

1. The cosmetic surgery are composed of many specialized fields. KCCS provides opportunities to learn

from most prestigious doctors at their specialized fields. And many cases of the field can be observed at a

compact period of time.

2. Possible hand-on opportunity besides from observing is very important and unique of this course.

Through assisting professors or conducting operation under their supervision, many details of our

technique can be corrected and refined one on one and step by step. After a course, I can easily get started

at my own clinic without much hesitate or worries. Other training course usually have crowded attendees at

one operation theater. Important information are easily neglected.

3. The KCCS diploma can be devided to a week or two, which is very convenient to clinical doctors. After a

week of course, the knowledge can be digested slowly and applied on our clinical practice when I get back

to my daily work. The e-mails connection with the professors provide very useful advises when we meet a

trouble case. So that we can correct our mistake with more confidence.

<Dr. MontriKhammoonta, Thailand>

Hello, I am Dr.Montri ( Thailand )

First, I would like to thank you so much for KCCS teacher who taught the excellent knowledge and the best

surgical technique for all members. As we know the patients of both sexes are looking for cosmetic surgery

to look younger and natural outcome and recent the population of cosmetic surgery is increasing. Actually

the patient must look for the certified cosmetic surgeon. Definitely KCCS provided the cosmetic surgical

school and integrated all kind of specialist surgeon to teach basic science, advance knowledge and cosmetic

surgery application. Especially the concepts of beauty in Asian people which are entirely distinguished so

much from Western people. On the other hand KCCS gave me the concept of ideals of Asian beauty and

taught the philosophical aspect of art of the Asian people.

Even though I was starting from Family doctor and don’t be pretty much familiar in surgical field. However

KCCS encourage and enhance me to dare to perform any kind of cosmetic surgery by safety procedure and

avoid unnecessary unpleasant outcome. KCCS teachers demonstrated me the excellence of modern

technique, equipment and high standard of surgery even the less scar approach that Asian people don’t

want and poor result than Western people. So far today I can confidentially approach, evaluate, choose the

best technique and get the good result to my patients.

Finally all inspiration of me would like to thank for all KCCS teachers who dedicate themselves to

establish KCCS and all staff who cooperated with abroad doctor and make me feel comfort all time.

Yours sincerely,
