    100% of donations pledged in this campaign will serve Buffalo County residents in fulfillment of our mission.

    Every $1 donated is matched by in grant funding. $6 Less than of our annual budget is administrative cost.10%

    How Funding is Designated

    Our Mission is to assess, strengthen, and promote the health of Buffalo County.

    Our Vision is that everyone from all corners of Buffalo County work together to improve the quality of life of those who live in and work in this community.

    Buffalo County Community Partners

    For nearly 20 years, Community Partners has worked towards building a healthier Buffalo County. The support we receive from this community continues to drive and shape what we do. Every donation moves us closer to reaching our 2020 Vision.

    Dr. Ken Shaffer discusses the next steps for the HelpCare Clinic at an informational meeting and explains how community members can get involved in the clinics work.

    Families enjoy free activities at Harmon Park as part of Healthy Kids Weekend, an event aimed at getting the whole family active.

    Each $10 investment generates a five-year net return of $50.60

    We also wish to thank all of our anonymous donors and volunteers who have worked to build a healthier Buffalo County!

    After collecting over 400 lbs of unwanted, unused, and expired medicine in April, and with another Take-Back scheduled for October, we are set to safely dispose of even more unused medicine in 2014. Last year, over 600 lbs of medicine was collected.
