Samsung’s new mobile -watch

Samsung is planning to sell his new project of a mobile-watch called Smart Watch.The company launched two projects before this, but they weren’t so popular.Samsung believes this one will make the difference.

The watch includes alarm, a photo camera, e-mail and can make and receive calls.This version is superior than the one his rival has done, the IWatch by Apple. It has a800MHz processor, a 512MB RAM memory, internal storage of 4GB.

“Even if you can’t write messages in it, it’s technology is amazing” says Shin Jong -

kyun, the president of the mobile phone division of Samsung.

Fox News reportes that Obama is lying when he is talking about the external politicof the USA.

Obama has raised the number of militars in Afganistan and that is making the chaos.

Using so many militars abroad is damaging the country itself and making it weaker. The situation is going worse and worse.



The Photos That Should NotExist

This is the situation of poor children of Africa at school. Some of Africa's children,the luckiest ones, can go to school, but it's very different comparing with our schools.Most of them, have to work at young ages and can't go to school, some of them alsogive up school and go to work.

The room where they have classes has the same size as our living room, more or less. Their materialto have classes is limited and insufficiently advanced. The classes have children of all ages thatstudy the same. There are few teachers who have a poor salary and teach a lot of students in a smallclassroom.

Some of them don't live near the school and have to walk miles to get there. Do youimagine having to walk kilometers for going to school? It sounds mad, but it's theirdaily routine.

Imagine living in those conditions one day. How long could you endure it? Now, imagine livinglike that all your life. It feels like unbelievable for us.

Teenagers fashion before the

2000

Fashion hasn’t always been the same as no w, there have been many styles dependingon the decade.

The 60s:



The sixties marked the fashion world sheltering different styles. During this stage thesober styles came together with the hippie movement. Rock moment started also as itwas the time in which the groups of this musical scene arose.

The 70s:



The fashion of the 70s was very diverse, from the hippy to the punk. This decade wascrucial in what is the fashion nowadays. In the 70s the skirts were seen in all kinds oflengths, from mini, maxis and all the lengths that you can think about. At the beginning of the decade, the trousers were very broad, and in the end of the decade,the trousers got narrow (punk style).

The 80s:

The 80s were the most garish decade all time, its style can be easy. The hair was largeand messy, the make-up had strong colours and neon colours were often dressed bythe women who wanted to express their freedom.

The 90s:



In the nineties the fashion was not very defined. The different musical styles and theremains of the fashion of the eighties left fingerprint. They liked grunge style,corduroy dresses or jeans, squared and lined patterns, hats, Converse trainers…

How do fairy tales really end

We all want a fairy tale story about a prince and a princess that live happily everafter, but is that what really happens?

Cinderella:



Cinderella had a difficult life, but she met a handsome prince that made her a princess, but what happened next?

She was so happy with her prince that she didn't realise the prince wasn't as much inlove as she was, because he was cheating her. He went out all nights and didn't tellher what he had done. He sometimes told her he was doing some royal issues.Cinderella, who was deeply in love, innocently believed him.

He was cheating her with her stepmother.

One day, the curious princess followed her prince on one of his night runaways anddiscovered the truth. She was shocked, her ugly stepmother with her handsome prince! She started to cry and helpessly entered a gloomy pub filled with alcoholics.

She never saw his prince again, she started drinking alcohol every day and slept inthe street. No one has recieved news from her since that happened.

Saint Barthelemy is a small island in the Caribbean Sea where there is always sunny weather!

Saint-Barthélemy is about 150 miles east of Puerto Rico. It is near the islands of SaintMartin and Saba and Anguilla.

There are 20 beaches in this Caribbean paradise and the most famous one it's ShellBeach, which is popular for the kids.

The island's history is curious, also it was claimed by France in 1648. Soon, it wassold to Sweden (in 1785) and finally Sweden sold it back to France in 1878. So it hasFrench and Swedish traditions and architecture.

Even if it is unbelieveable Saint-Barthélemy has its own bobsled team (that it's awinter sport).

It's usually seen as a tourist paradise. There are 20 hotels and the best is Guanahaniwhich has 5 stars and it's known all over the world. The world competition of surf isalso there.

School Trip

From the 8th to the 12th of April we, the students of 4th level of Ballonti high school,went on a School Trip to Barcelona and Salou. This is the program we followed:

The first day: After being 6 hours travelling to Barcelona by bus we finally arrivedat Cava Codorniu Family Factory Of Cava at 12:00. We visited the wine cellar andwatched a video explaining how they made that incredible and famous mix.

When we finished the visit ,we went to a bus tour in Barcelona where we watchedThe Olympic Stadium, Barrio Gotico, El Paseo De Gracia, Montjuic…



Finally, we went to the hostel and had dinner.

The secondday: Wecontinued the bus tour and we stopped atThe Güell Park, The Sagrada Familia andCamp Nou.

● In the Güell Park we appreciate the views of Barcelona and we had a guidedvisit which explained how Gaudi had made that masterpiece.

● In the Sagrada Familia the guide explained us how Gaudi designed that building and told us about his private life. He also mentioned some of his mostfamous works of art.

● In The Camp Nou we visited the museum of Barça F.C, where the cups are, thechanging rooms, the stands, the room and we stood in the pitch too!

Finally, we took the bus again and went to the hotel in Salou.



The third day: We visited Tarragona. In Tarragona, we watched the rampart, theamphitheatre, a museum of Roman history.

Then, we had free time.

The fourth day: We woke up so excited because we were going to Port Aventura!



We spent the day there, we went on a ride to as many ides as we could, we took photos with the park’s characters (such as Betty Boop, Elmo…) and we had so muchfun.

We arrived at the hotel at 8:00 and we had dinner there.

The fifth day: We returned home very tired at 17:00. We had a very good time even with the teachers who had a lot of patience with usand had a “cool” behavior.

Even if it was so tiring, I’d repeat this trip again and again!

The advantages anddisadvantages of living with a



host family while studying inanother country

Knowing languages from other countries is has many benefits such ascommunicating while you are travelling abroad. But how can you improve yourforeign language? One option is going to the country where they speak thatlanguage. Some people also go to summer schools there and stay at the school or live with ahost family which has some advantages and disadvantages.

On the one hand, the advantages of living with a host family are clearly the learningof the culture and the possibility to speak with that country's natives. You would

make many friends that can be from other contries (not necessary yours or thecountry you stay in) as in many host families they let live with them more than oneperson. In fact, it can be a great experience for people who search for pen friendsand personally, you will feel more independent than if you live at school too.

On the other hand, the most likely to happen disadvantages are not connecting withyour host family. You have to live with them, so the worst thing that can happen isthat you don't get on with them, but what if you don't like the food or your room?Those are problems too. In addition, been shy and missing your home can causeyou problems interacting with the family.

As far as I'm concerned, the experience is gratifying, even of the bad moments orsituations, as it can be useful for improving your language.

Athletic 1-0 Barcelona

On the 1st of December on San Mames Athletic won Barça 1-0. The football match was spectacularand had equality so, until the minute 71 it was hard to imagine who would win. In that minute, Iker

Muniain scored a great goal which made all the Athletic fans scream and San Mames became adreamlike party.



Barcelona has lost two consecutive matches and fans are so upset with the coach but Athletic fansare happy with the results even though they miss the previous coach's style of play.

In the Nacional Prices sport women had a special place. The boat racer Marina Alabau and the taekwondo player Joel Gonzalez has been selectedthe best sportsman and sportswoman of the year.

Other examples of female prizes are in water polo Andrea Blas, Ángela Pumariega,Tamara Echegoyen and Sofía Toro and the athlete Ana Peleteiro.

Roger Federer's aim for the next year

Roger Federer wants to win more titles the next year than this one because he hasn'thad such bad results since 2001. He wants to win 5 titles more or less but he isn't

interested in rankings, he doesn't mind being the 3rd

or the 2nd

. His bad results were affected by a strong back ache that made him difficult to play.

We think that the soundtrack is appropriate for the film because the songs describes perfectly the film. The film got some recognition for the excellent work of the actors and director andthe soundtrack. The films had received very good critics.

Our valuation is high as we enjoyed ourselves so much watching it.

The advert is a campaigne against smoking. In the picture two men smoking are in atomb, the situation make us wonder they are dying because of smoking.



The colours that are used are dark and inexpressible. There isn't any text written because the picture descrieves itself quite good.

The keywords are: Smoke, unhealthy habits, death, lung cancer and wastingyou life.

The advertisment is claiming the dangers of smoking puting a extreme situationwhich will make you pay attention to it.

We think there's nothing wrong with the advert, it's appropiated as it's points theconsecuences smoking make.

Recipe

Chocolate volcano:

● Ingredients:



Unsalted butter (12 tablespoons) Chocolate (6 ounces) Large egg yolks (3) Large eggs (3) Sugar (1/2 cup)

Flour (1 cup )Unsweetened cocoa powder (1/2 cup)

● Directions:

● Place the sheet pan in the oven for at least 15 minutes at 350 degreesF

● Mix the chocolate and the butter in a bowl. (Be careful not to burn the mixture and never melt the chocolate directly over the food)

● Heat the chocolate until it's melted.

● Beat the eggs (the yolks too) and mix them with sugar until themixture has a light yellow colour.

● Begin adding the chocolate/butter mixture to the flour to theeggs/sugar mixture.

● Dust with the cocoa and tap out the mixture using it.

● Pour the Volcano batter into the ramekins.

● Place on the pre-heated oven tray and bake for 15-18 minutes. Theedges of the cake must be firm and the top must be soft to the touch.

● Remove from the oven and then let them on a surface for 3 to 5minutes.

●

Flip over your dessert from the ramekin and add Vanilla ice-cream,strawberries…

● If the cake runs all over the plate you need to increase the cooking time.
