Cc yu cu k thut cho trc: Lc ko mt xch ti F = 6000N, vn
tc xch ti v = 0,5 m/s, sai s cho php vn tc xch ti 5%, bc xch
ti pc = 100mm, s rng a xch ti z = 8 rng. T s truyn cp bnh
rng tr trong hp gim tc ubr1 = 5, bnh rng cn ubr2 = 2,5, thi gian
lm vic L = 6 nm, ti trng tnh, 1 nm lm vic 252 ngy, mi ngy
lm vic 12 gi. S vng quay ng b ng c 1000vg/ph.

nhp trong Autodesk Inventor.

1.3 Thit k cc b truyn bnh rng cn Tnh bng Autodesk Inventor. Vt liu theo tiu chun ISO:
thp A576-1060 thng ho (vi gii hn mi tip xc sHlim
520MPa, gii hn mi un sFlim 410MPa), h s KA = 1.
Chn ch tiu tnh v xc nh mun me, z1, z2 theo ISO
6336:1996. Xc nh cc thng s hnh hc, lc hng tm,
lc tip tuyn, lc dc trc. M hnh 3D cp bnh rng cn.
