OMEN’S CULTURAL ALLIANCE (WCA) is an affinity group of the Jewish Federation of Collier County. WCA provides an opportunity for its members to

meet other women who share similar interests. WCA offers a wide variety of programming, including: study groups in art, film, literature, theatre, and several other areas; special interest groups such as bridge, Mah Jongg, canasta, biking, “Serious Foodies,” singing, jazz, and bird watching; special classes on numerous topics ranging from photography, technology, and flower arranging, to drawing, crafts, Spanish and French; a phenomenal lecture series; and a strictly social component where you can dine out for lunch or dinner, meet new people, and renew friendships. We love to welcome new members into our group. Over 1,000 women have joined WCA. Membership in WCA makes each woman an official member of the Jewish Federation of Collier County. WCA’s membership year is from September 1 to August 31. We encourage you to review this Program Guide of activities for the coming season. WCA has much to offer and I am confident that you will find something of interest to you. Please join us. You will be glad that you did! Sincerely,

Elaine Soffer WCA President

Signing Up for a Program All paid-up members of the Women’s Cultural Alliance are eligible to register for any program that is offered. It is necessary, however, to sign up with the liaison for each program/study group/interest group you want to attend. Many groups limit the number of participants in order to enable each participant to have a quality experience, so don’t wait too long to register! Although some programs continue year-round, members must sign up for each new season.

Sign-up information for each offering is either in the Program Guide or will appear in a Thursday WCA eblast that will be sent closer to the date of the event.

Only WCA members may attend WCA classes and programs.

Programs will meet at several new venues to enable

more members to participate. Please be sure to note the location of a program.
