2016 Bixby Summer Drill Group
Who: Ages 5 to 14 Bixby students who want to learn to play
tennis and have fun this summer may sign up
for summer drill group. Summer drill group is not a camp but an
extended, two-days per week “practice”
that will last through most of the summer.
What: The following will be offered
1. Pee Wee Group: (Ages 5 – 6) (Under 5 year by approval
only)
Students will learn the basics of tennis in the Pee Wee Program.
The use of specially designed equipment
along with professional instruction will assure a positive and
fun experience.
2. Developmental Group: (Ages 7-9) (Under 7 years by approval
only)
Students will learn the proper technique for ground-strokes,
volleys, and serves. The program is designed to
teach young players basic principles of consistency and
competition in a fun, fast-paced learning
environment.
3. School Program Group: (Ages 10 - 18)
This program is designed for the competitive player who is
looking to improve their overall game. The
class includes a combination of fed-ball drills, live-ball
drills, and game play.
Where: All drill groups days will be conducted at the
Bixby Tennis Facility, 601 S. Riverview Dr., Bixby,
OK. 74008.
Cost & Days/Times:
1. Pee Wee: May 31st to July 28th (T/Th. 8am to 9am)
$180
2. Developmental: May 31st to July 28th (T/Th. 9am-10am)
$180
3. School Program: Mays 31st to July 28th (T/Th. 10:30
to 11:30) $180
Sign-Ups:
Please fill out the sign-up and liability form on the back along
with payment to either the Home of the
Spartan or the HS tennis facility. A drop in rate of $12 is also
welcomed. There is limited space so please
sign-up soon or email at [email protected] to
