Shipping: Factory shipping point is Montclair, CA 91763. All shipments up to 200 pounds will be shipped via UPS unless otherwise specified. Factory will not ship via USPS or FedEx. Drop ship is free for the first two locations; each additional location is subject to a $10 fee.

Change of Order: Verbal Change of an order will not be accepted. Any changes on any order must be confirmed by email or fax prior to the start of any job. Factory reserves the right to refuse any change of an order after approval has been given.

Cancellation of Order: Verbal cancellation of an order will not be accepted. All cancellations of orders will be subjected to charges for the cost of all samples, materials, labor, and shipping expenses to date of cancellation. Factor reserves the right to refuse any cancellations of orders at any time. Once goods are imprinted they are non returnable. A return authorization is required for any items without imprint in new unused condition prior to shipping back to the Factory. All claims must be made within 10 days after receipt of goods. Any unautho-rized return will be refused and returned to sender at senders cost. All items returned with an authorization will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee.

Warranty: Factory warranties its products against manufacture defects, not against normal wear and tear, abuse or misuse for any reason. All claims must be made within 10 days after receipt of goods. Customer expressly waives any rights to revoke acceptance after the 10 day period.

Indemnification: Customer warrants that they have the right to use symbols, logos or designs depicted in the artwork and shall indemnify and hold factory harmless in any infringement action as a result of printing the artwork provided.
