ABOUT MOGEC
MOGEC was established in 1999 by six established design services
engineering consul-tants serving the upstream oil and gas industry
and known as Malaysian Oil & Gas Engi-neering Council. The
Objectives of the association are to provide a forum for discussion
on issues of common interests and
- TO PROMOTE CO-OPERATION AMONG MEMBERS- TO PROMOTE THE USE AND
DEVELOPMENT OF LOCAL RESOURCES IN THE OIL, GAS AND PETROCHEMICAL
INDUSTRIES- TO COLLABORATE WITH LOCAL RESEARCH CENTRES AND
INSTITUTIONS TO STIMULATE SKILLS DEVELOPMENT IN MALAYSIA- TO
PROMOTE DEVELOPMENT OF GRADUATE ENGINEERS IN THE OIL, GAS AND PETRO
CHEMICAL INDUSTRIES
MOGEC has become an effective platform to encourage the
advancement of the oil and gas engineering profession with a
membership of 36 ordinary members providing engi-neering and
specialist services to the oil, gas and petrochemical industries
and 32 associ-ate members. Malaysia is now recognized as a regional
center for design engineering services.
In year 2013, the members agreed to expand the scope of MOGEC to
cover all aspects of engineering services in the upstream and
downstream oil & gas and petrochemical industries including
EPCIC/EPCC contracting. Thus the association was renamed to be the
Malaysian Oil & Gas Engineering Council.

ABOUT MGCC(MAHKOTA GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB)
The Mahkota Golf & Country Club is proud to present the
all-new 18 holes golf course of international standard and MGCC
offers its 'first -of- its-kind super-fast rolling green in the
east coast. MGCC club house complied with all the modern facilities
and amenities as well as the residential and commercial. Mahkota
Golf & Country Club is located at a prime area with distinctive
retreat for golf and leisure where it is just about 10 km away or
10 minutes drive from the Kuantan City Center and 5 km away or 5
minutes drive from the Kuantan toll exit from LPT highway, there is
an excellent accessibility via Jalan Gambang if you are planning to
land in Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah Airport and it will take about 10
minutes drive only to the golf club.
