Draft, evaluate, negotiate, execute, & perform audits of contracted services: construction, architectural, real estate, janitorial, building maintenance, HVAC, refrigeration, landscaping, medical and hazardous wastes & security.
Developed a long term strategic facilities plan, advising executive management, numerous committees, & multiple boards of the means to best utilize or leverage existing capital assets while anticipating future operational needs. Positioned the real estate portfolio to provide reliability, sustainability, & responsible fiscal governance of a nonprofit life-saving community organization.
Property evaluations, selections, due diligence, fit planning, LOI submission. Negotiated terms & worked closely with broker & legal council in composition of contracts. Advised executive management when contract & negotiations were complete.
