MMC is a Territory owned and operated family business operating for

MMC’s head office and main workshop facility is ideally located in the heart of Darwin’s industrial precinct in East Arm and within kilometres of road freight depots and barge facilities. The purpose built fabrication workshop is 2100m² under roof and in addition to its adjacent site totals 20,000m² of land.

MMC’s neighbouring facility is a first class purpose built fabrication workshop and is the base for our Oil & Gas works. This workshop is 2400m² under roof and fitted with 30tonne capacity overhead cranes and large exit doors 25 m wide for the loading and re-moval of sizeable fabricated and pre-assembled modular items.

MMC also has 2 new workshops, 850m² and 1700m² under roof on 7000m² of land at their Pinelands facility. The largest of the workshops is fitted with a 40tonne overhead crane. This facility will be used primarily for our mining based services with the workshop set up for fabrication, mechanical fitting, machining, rubber lining and application and also a warehousing department for the procurement of specialised materials and products. MMC’s labour hire department is also based here.

NT Port and Marine (NTPM) is a licensed and registered marine operator
based in the Northern Territory. We operate two main facilities:
· Port Melville located on Melville Island, Tiwi. Port Melville is located
63 nautical miles north of Darwin and is a deep water, security regulated
port. It offers 11m controlled water depth, a 220m concrete wharf
capable of supporting 50,000 DWT vessels, 30 million litre tank farm
(10ppm ultra-low sulphur diesel) capable of refuelling all vessels, 10
hectare industrial precinct available for laydown and industrial use,
accommodation village plus supporting services, equipment and trained
personnel.
· East Arm Supply Base (EASB) located in East Arm, Darwin. EASB
offers a 53m x 85m slipway serviced by a roll-on/roll-off ramp and 2x
80m concrete wharfs. EASB also offers 4 hectares of laydown area
and 2,550 sqm of warehouse space supported by office facilities,
equipment and trained personnel.
NT Port and Marine – Port Melville and East Arm Supply Base –
provides the marine gateway to Northern Territory and Bonaparte Basin
waters for the marine, oil & gas industry.

Established in 2005 NT Recycling Solutions have grown to be the
Northern Territory’s largest fully locally owned and managed waste
disposal and recycling company. We provide a wide range of waste
disposal and recycling services throughout the Territory servicing all
market sectors including the mining and resources sector. We operate
out of two sites in Berrimah one of which is the NT’s most advanced
waste water and hydrocarbon processing plant.

RAM Services is a Client and Technical Management Organisation focusing on

Site Skills Training, part of Site Group International, is a Northern Territory
Registered Training Organisation specialising in delivery of Oil & Gas,
Energy, Mining, Construction and related industries.
Site, directly and through related companies specialises in Workforce
Localisation and Competency Development for Operations and
Maintenance crews, working with companies to develop competency
frameworks and training needs specific to project/ jurisdictional
requirements.
Site Skills Training delivers over 4,000 programs a year in the
Northern Territory and in the three years 2014-2016 delivered over
90,000 programs around Australia. Site Skills Training is funded for
Apprenticeships and Traineeships in the Northern Territory.
Site Skills Training has been operating in the Northern Territory since
2012 and in June 2017 took a new, 8,000sqm lease for a training
facility in East Arm.
Site Skills Training look forward to supporting onshore and offshore
operations and maintenance requirements with a focus of local
development of a local, skilled workforce.

level of occupational health, safety and oversight to the gas detection
market. The PSM Hero 715 is an unrivalled gas detection device that
provides multiple communication modes, location identification and
health metrics, allowing complete oversight of worker hazard exposure.
The innovative design provides immediate feedback of worker exposure
to hazardous gas both locally to the individual and remotely to the
emergency response personnel as well as data of the individual’s
physical condition.
The stream of live data also allows plant hazards to be detected
