Cooperation Topics with Japanese Companies

• Yapı Merkezi realized the Dubai Metro Project in cooperation with Obayashi and Kajima as well as Mitsubishi Heavy Industries. Cooperating with Japanese Contractors in third countries is Yapı Merkezi’s primary goal.

• Yapı Merkezi is also open to cooperating with Japanese Trade Houses with a view to develop projects in Africa which require creative financing methods.

• Furthermore, Yapı Merkezi is interested in cooperating with Japanese companies for projects in Turkey. There are major PPP/BOT projects in Turkey which may be suitable opportunities for collaboration between Japanese and Turkish Contractors where complementary advantages can create synergies.

• Yapı Merkezi is always ready to learn and apply new technologies. Therefore, innovative construction technologies from Japanese design firms and technology companies will be potential cooperation areas.
