Now,aboutthat$2.1Million...In2016,AzPPOLegislativelymovedalldivisionfundsintoatrustfundtoprotectyourmoney.Thattrustfundcurrentlyhas$2.1millioninfunds,whichthegovernorwantstosweepforhiseducationprogram.AzPPOlearnedofthependingsweepandtookaction.Weretainedlegalcounciltoresearchthelegalityofthesweep
andtoexploreouroptions.Ourlobbyistshavebeenworkingthehallsandofficesofyourlegislatorstogainsupportforourposition.Sofar,thefundshaveremaineduntouched,butthebattleisnotyetover,andwemustremainvigilant.
