INTRODUCTION Morneau Shepell presents the participants’ guide to its 2018 National Compensation Survey. This survey is a unique and important information resource on the annual cash compensation offered to 182 benchmark positions in Canada. Survey results are presented in five reports:

• Information technology positions

• Marketing and sales positions

• General administration positions

• Operations and production positions

The 2018 participant’s package includes:

• This participants’ guide; • Two data input forms in Excel; • One participant’s identification form in Acrobat, that is also an optional survey reports’ order form.
