Who is the patient experience? You are! Every employee here at Flagler Hospital demonstrates it every day by interacting with our patients

directly or indirectly!

So let’s kick-o� this Patient Experience week with one of these challenges (Rules to follow):

Monday: Takes group pictures with #Iamthepatientexperience (Have everyone on your �oor/area ready for a photo op!!!! as Irsih Joens wil be comign by to take pictures, these will be shared on the Intranet. You may also send your own photos to Irish.Jones@�aglerhospital.org

Tuesday: Visit the Clark and Alger Tranquility Garden by the Lobby to view inspirational rocks, “KEEP or SHARE” (brightly painted rocks to inspire. Share them or keep them.)

Wednesday: Share a picture of your team wearing Patient Experience BRACELETS that will be passed out that day. Include: What does Patient Experience mean to you and send to Irish.Jones@�aglerhospital.org, this will be displayed on a poster on Friday at the ICE CREAM SOCIAL!

Thursday: Play “The Wheel of Experience” from 2pm-3pm in the cafeteria and win a t-shirt to wear on Friday.

Friday: “Who is the Patient Experience?” Poster displayed at 2pm during ice cream social 2pm-3pm

We will be having cake and ice cream on Friday in the Cafeteria at 2pm!
