This brochure highlights both our single and family housing options. For example:a single student can choose to share a two or four-person furnished apartmentwith other single graduate students or live alone in a one-bedroom unfurnishedapartment. Married couples can choose a one or two-bedroom unfurnishedapartment. Families with three or four members can live in an unfurnishedtwo-bedroom unit. Rent for unfurnished apartments is paid monthly. Rent forfurnished apartments is paid at the beginning of each semester.

TWO-BEDROOMFURNISHEDGeorgia Tech offers 10th and Home two-bedroom apartments to single graduatestudents. Last year these apartments were the highest in demand and the mostpopular. With a variety of features and amenities designed to make your life ascomfortable as possible, two-bedroom apartments are an obvious choice foron-campus housing.

Two graduate students (same gender) will share the best of both worlds — theluxury of off-campus living without the worry of filling an apartment with your ownfurniture! Each apartment features private bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, livingroom, dining area and a full-size washer and dryer. Rent, utilities, and maintenancecost are combined making payments easy.

FOUR-BEDROOMFURNISHEDEach Graduate Living Center (GLC) apartment features four private bedrooms andtwo bathrooms. Four students (of the same gender) share a furnished living roomand full kitchen.

Private bedrooms are furnished with a twin bed (featuring an extra long mattress),desk, desk chair, wardrobe, and dresser. Lounges are located throughout thebuilding to provide areas for studying with a group or by yourself. The workoutroom and laundry room are located on the first floor.

Each apartment has room to comfortably live and study. All utilitiesand high-speed internet are included in the rent. Kitchens are equipped with astove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, pantry, sink, garbage disposal,and full-size washer and dryer.

If you are applying for a furnished shared graduate apartment choose “Application.”• You will need to make a $600 prepayment if NOT currently living on campus.• Fill out the online application.• Select your room and assign yourself if you apply by May 1.• Return to “My Housing” to view your assignment status.
