ENHANCING HIRING PRACTICES TO MAXIMIZE BUSINESS PERFORMANCE
This session begins with keynote speaker Terry Vos,of Vos’ Your Independent Grocer, as he shares his story of how enhancing his hiring practices by hiring inclusively has helped his business thrive.
We follow with a panel of local business owners from a variety of sectors who will share their experience with how they’ve also engaged this untapped labour pool of people who have a disability.
You’ll have an opportunity for questions and we’ll wrap up with lunch for additional discussion on how inclusive hiring is one solution to the labour shortages in our region.
