YOUTH AUCTIONThe Youth Auction is the grand finale of the Junior Livestock Show, rewarding Texas youth for their hard work and accomplishments. The Youth Auction is a one-day event that will take place on Friday, March 29, 2019 at ACL Live at The Moody Theater.

Patrons looking to purchase unlimited carnival ride wristbands may do so at the main Fairgrounds entrance. To play carnival games and enjoy individual

rides, guests must utilize Magic Money cards. Magic Money cards are available for purchase throughout the Fairgrounds, and are reloadable and reusable. Magic Money credits are also accepted at all food and beverage stands on the Fairgrounds. Food and beverage stands also accept credit and debit cards.

RECYCLINGRodeo Austin, in partnership with Texas Disposal Systems (TDS), is working on ways to reduce our impact on the environment by recycling materials

intended for landfills. Recycling bins have been placed throughout the Fairgrounds so guests can share the joy of recycling and reducing waste in an effort to keep the great city of Austin clean for all guests. Stop by the World’s Largest Shovel across from the petting zoo!

LOST & FOUNDLocated in the Dr. Charles W. Graham Western Heritage Center, near Gate 3. Persons should report to the personnel on duty for missing items.

LOST CHILDRENLost children or parents should report to any security officer. Security personnel will watch over lost children until they are reunited with their party.

SECURITYOn duty 24-hours a day security personnel are available for assistance. All bags entering Rodeo Austin Fairgrounds are subject to search.

TOURS & INFORMATION General Information and Public Tours can be obtained at the Information Booth located in Chow Town. Tour information is included in the schedule of events (see reverse side).

ATM For your convenience, ATMs are located at various locations throughout the Fairgrounds, including Luedecke Arena and 100X Dance Hall.

MAGIC MONEY Purchase Magic Money throughout the Fairgrounds and reload at the kiosks. Magic Money credits and credit/debit cards are also accepted at all food and beverage stands on the Fairgrounds.

SEARCH & RESCUE DEMO PRESENTED BY TEXSAR

On March 23, watch as man’s best friend jumps into action in search and rescue demonstrations. Visit their booth any day of the week to see their search and rescue equipment.
