retro-glam roots with vibrant mid-century modern décor and many options for your Wedding Ceremony. Choose between a classic beach backdrop on famous Miami Beach, an intimate fireplace ceremony in the historic 1930s House or the open-air Vista Terrace overlooking lush palms and blue water
in the distance. We can recommend some of our favorites, or can create a unique location that fits your style.Ceremony Fees vary between $1,500 and $3,000 depending on your location selection, date and time of day.
THE RECEPTIONWhen choosing a reception location, it’s important to choose the right room that fits your style and is the right size to ensure all your guests feel cozy and comfortable. Each unique location, from an oceanfront ballroom with private wrap-around terrace, to the sophisticated Crown Room library bar, comes to life with its own distinct flair. Venue fees depend on date and time of day and each space comes with its own food and beverage minimums.

Frequently Asked QuestionsWEDDING COUPLE ACCOMODATIONSOne complimentary room included the Wedding Package for the couple. Upgrades to suite are based on hotel availability. Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 11am.Early arrivals and late departures are not guaranteed, and they will be honored as hotel inventory on rooms allows it.
PARKINGDiscounted valet parking for wedding guests driving in at $15.00 per car. Overnight parking at $45.00 per car, per night.
ROOMSDiscounted Block of Rooms for Wedding Guests. Rates and terms may vary, depending on the time of the wedding. Sales Managers will be available to assist with availability and rates.
PAYMENT:A security deposit is due with signed contract. Minimum of 25%, depending on the date of the wedding. A second and third deposit will be scheduled by our Event Manager and communicated in the contract. Final payment for the estimated charges is due (7) business days before the wedding. In some occasions, a contingency charge up to 20% may apply as part of the estimate.
OUTDOOR EVENTS GUIDELINESDue to the demands of scheduling staff and equipment movement, the hotel will decide on the day of your function at 10am EST, whether the function will be held inside or outside. If the Miami Beach Weather forecast calls for 40% or higher chance of rain, extreme temperature, or lightning, the party will automatically be moved inside to ensure the safety of our customers and team members. Should the customer insist for the event to be set outside, regardless of the hotel’s guidelines, we will double-set the event (set space, both inside as well as outside) at an additional labor cost (prevailing rates), which will be posted to the group’s account. For morning events, the weather call is made by 6pm EST the day before the event.
GUARANTEES:Final count of guests, and meal breakdown, if applies, is due (3) business days before 3pm EST, prior to the wedding day.
VENDORS:All vendors hired by wedding couple are required to provide certificate of insurance and follow hotel procedures and meet quality standards. Vendors must pay for their own parking charges, unless wedding couple decides to pay for them. Vendor meals are available upon request. Meals start at $45.00 per person.
TASTING:A complimentary tasting for up to (4) guests in included in the packages. Our culinary team will prepare part of the menu for guests to try and discuss any changes or enhancements.The tasting date will be scheduled between 30-90 days before the wedding. Tasting are generally scheduled Monday hrough Thursday between 2pm – 5pm.
