Overall Learner Objectives:At the completion of this course, participants will be able to:• Describe the principles of musculoskeletal ultrasound andthe use of this technique in clinical practice

• Appreciate the indications and limitations of implementation ofmusculoskeletal ultrasound into daily practice and patient care

• Recognize and identify normal and abnormal musculoskeletalanatomy

• Perform and interpret basic or intermediate ultrasoundexamination of the following joints and surrounding soft tissue structures, including the shoulder, elbow, wrist, hand,hip, knee, ankle, and foot

• Describe the clinical relevance of musculoskeletal ultrasoundfindings and appropriately apply this to patient practice

• Understand how to perform ultrasound-guided injections
