Fully Functional Laser Micromachining System (only 1446 hours on laser) ($120K)•Lee Laser Q‐Switched/Diode Pumped Frequency Doubled 25W Nd:YAG with 1446 (exactly) hours.  Operates at fundamental 1064nm and 532nm via second harmonic generator.•2 Aerotech ALS3600 linear motor stages (X & Y) with 12” of travel with 6” clear aperture and fiber light. (Great for bottom lighting)•Aerotech DR 300 with 3 AS32020 amplifiers and 1 AS 4005•1 Aerotech ART320 rotary stage capable of running via an AS32020 amplifier •PC with Aerotech U500 Ultra w/PSO (pulse synchronized output) and live video frame grabber and all associated software.  IO already wired for laser control & operator input via joysticks, buttons, and switches. Programmable via Aerotech MMI (RS 274 G‐Code) or Visual Basic or LabView.•Beam Delivery System with integrated camera (coaxial visible and 532/1064 wavelengths)•Includes full In‐Situ measurement software (MicroInspector) which runs on the integrated frame grabber.  Allows for NIST traceable measurement of parts under inspection without removal from the system.•External monitor for applications which do not require integrated frame grabber and associated hardware.•Manual Z axis focus. (An integrated 1” Z stage would can be included at additional cost)•Beam expander (Roddenstock)•HeNe alignment tool integrated on laser rail•Complete set of replacement filters for pump, carbon filters and UV light for integrated laser water cooling•Only 1455 hours on laser diode, power supply and SHG module (still obtains 23.4W at max peak power at 10kHz)

•Optional at additional cost:•532 Galvo (two (2) Scanlab galvos but one with damaged mirror) ($4K)•1064 Scanlab Galvo in fine working order.  ($5K)•The Galvo option would have to come with the Prolase software that we have and our RTC3 

Micro Inspector – This is just one of the applications but it is great for NIST traceable measurements.
