KraussMaffei’s hands-on training courses
KraussMaffei for success:
KraussMaffei injection moulding systems set
the standards for the industry worldwide. But
producing premium quality output also depends
on the people who set up, operate and service the
machines.
"Knowledge is a treasure that you can take with you everywhere."
Chinese proverb.
We welcome your interest in our training courses.
Professional training gets results for your company,
by making sure machines operate at peak
productivity and avoiding problems. And it gets
results for individuals too: it’s good for your career,
maximizes job satisfaction, builds confidence and
makes sure you’re in complete control – and even
more successful.
Our training concept:
Effective, compact, customized
Hundreds of people take our training courses each
year – from basic know-how to specialist skills. The
feedback we get from participants and their em-
ployers has always been enthusiastic. We nonetheless
work continuously to improve content and training
methods.
For continued growth, industries need highly skilled
and motivated people, capable of working with mini-
mal supervision and taking responsibility for product
quality and time management. KraussMaffei sup-
ports this trend with courses that focus on achieve-
ment, motivation and quality awareness, error
avoidance and time and self management, spoken
and written communication, feedback, teamwork,
carrying out instructions, and interpersonal skills
such as running meetings, dialogue, leading a team,
working with people. More than ever, our training
courses are a great investment in your future.
