If CIGNA International does not have direct billing with a

hospital, doctor or facility, you may request a Guarantee of

Payment for your medical care.

Show your CIGNA International ID card to the doctor or hospital

Ask the doctor or hospital to contact CIGNA International at 302-797-3100.

CIGNA International Customer Service Center will arrange to have payment sent directly to the doctor or hospital



When you personally pay for medical services, you will submit aclaim for reimbursement of your expenses.

You must include: diagnosis, and itemization
