PRODUCTION PROCESS

roduction process is a process of converting raw material into finishes goods.

roduction process of tiles as under

In the first step" all the material is added in the wage tan6. In this tan6 all raw material we

add on the basis of the weight. The company use raw material ma6ing tiles li6e clay"

mineral powder mi7es with fi7 composition. Then all raw materials put into ball mill for

grindings purpose the grind raw material is store in underground tan6 and grind material

of tiles through turbine.

(fter grind process" material go in spray dryer for remove moisture and ma6e dust some

fi7 practical size. Then material pass from pressing unit. It is hydraulic press it is called

body of green tiles. In dryer" green tiles some moisture it removes and become green tiles

hard for remaining process. (fter the dryer green tiles come on glaze line for process li6eglazing and painting.

The glaze lines tiles come in 6iln these are three zones.

machine for purpose fi7 size of fired tile and tiles are cut on base of fi7ed standards. It is

devided in to groups one is good tiles and second is defective tiles" it is pac6 in a bo7es

and four tiles per bo7 pac6ed. It is store in warehouse.

TYPES OF RAW MATERIAL

producing the product. This by some processing and value addition a

consumable good is obtained.

It is first stage of cline in which the water is removed from tiles. There are two types of

water" which are mi7ed in tiles.
