Vision

• Build a Brigade Team that synchronizes and integrates the Total Army efforts and requirements of Active, Reserve, NG, and JROTC toward providing high-quality, resilient, adaptive, and mentally strong leaders in support of Army requirements. Build a partnership network that fully leverages our military partners, COIs, national groups (such as LULAC/100 Black Men), and local education and political leaders/organizations. Execute an enterprise approach to marketing, advertising, recruiting, training, and development that postures the Army to compete as the employer of choice for career oriented high school and college students in the Blackhawk Brigade Area of Operations.
