1. Please state the organisational set up of BSNL.

2. (a) What is the composition of the Board of Directors ofthe Company?

(b) Does the present Board include any nrember belonging to Scheduled Caste orScheduled Tribe?

3. What is the monitoring mechanism devised to ensure that the reservations made in favour ofScheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes are actually fulfilled?

4. (a) Please state the percentage of reservations made in BSNL in favour of ScheduledCastes and Scheduled Tribes separately and the date from which made in respect of :

(iiD Action taken by BSNL against BSNL employees selected on false SC/ST caste certificate.

(iv) Transfer case of Shri N. Prakasa Rao, ASRMS ex-circle Secretary, Andhra Pradesh Rl\4SBranch Hyderabad.

(v) Whether Reservation Policy for SCs/STs is iollowed by BSNL in ihe matter of direct enky ofDGMs/GMP/GC[rs.

22. Whether the recommendations of the Committee contained in the 37th Report (14th LokSabha) and gth Report (15th Lok Sabha) on the subject i reservation for and employment ofSCs/STs in BSNL have been implemented by BSNL. lf not reasons thereof. i

23. What is the criteria for apporntment on compassronate grounds. Whether any weightage isgiven to SCs/STs, if so details thereof, if not the reasons therefor.

28. Whether Serliority List ofthe executives, Gradation List of Non-executives in all cadres, Lisl ofall the SC/ST employees working in BSNL is supplied io the recognized SC/ST Welfare Associationof BSNL. lf so, details thereof and if not reasons thereof.

29. Whether any fund has been released to the recognized SC/ST employees welfare associationto celebrate birth anniversary of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, if so, details thereof. .:

30. Whether transfer and posting policy on promotion is fairly been implemented by BSNL inrespect of SC/ST officers/staff?
