1. Please state the organisational set up of BSNL.

2. (a) What is the composition of the Board of Directors ofthe Company?

(b) Does the present Board include any nrember belonging to Scheduled Caste orScheduled Tribe?

3. What is the monitoring mechanism devised to ensure that the reservations made in favour ofScheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes are actually fulfilled?

4. (a) Please state the percentage of reservations made in BSNL in favour of ScheduledCastes and Scheduled Tribes separately and the date from which made in respect of :
