Last year was indeed a blessed year for CFC Singles for Christ. We celebrated our 18 th year as a ministry and held the 2 nd Global Leaders Summit in Bangkok, Thailand. It was the first time SFC GLS was held outside the Philippines. Three hundred (300) SFC members composed of household heads, unit heads, chapter heads, fulltime workers, and SFC coordinators from the Philippines, Australia, USA, Thailand, Vietnam, Canada, and The Middle East spent a weekend together, praying, worshipping, and sharing best practices in the fellowship of one another and with our Great God. What a sight to remember! Now, as one SFC family, it’s time to gather again. Brothers and sisters, book your tickets, pack your bags, and let’s head to the place where it all began … MANILA! On February 1819, 2013, Manila, Philippines will be the home for the 3rd SFC Global Leaders Summit. Right now, SFC is filled with much vibrancy and enthusiasm. As we approach our 20 th year, we need to push forward with a renewed and greater spirit along with a reinvigorated excitement for what’s in store in the future. What a great way cap to off our 20th ICON celebration! We invite all Household Heads and up for International Missions, Unit Heads and up for Philippine and Metro Manila Missions to be part of this event. This event is not to be missed so we highly encourage representatives from ALL areas to take part in it. GLS   registration   fee   is   Php   3,500.00   inclusive   of   ID,   materials,   food,   and   one   night   hotel  accommodation.  However,  delegates  may  opt  to  pay  for  certain  components  only.    Breakdown  of  fees  are  as  follows:    

Packages   Fee  GLS  Package  1  (inclusive  of  kit  and  food)   Php  1,500  GLS  Package  2  (inclusive  of  kit,  food  and  accommodation)   Php  3,500

ONLINE  REGISTRATION  GUIDELINES    Online  registration  will  start  on  October  27,  2012,  12:01  AM  and  end  on  January  11,  2013,  11:59  PM.  There  will  be  no  more  manual  registration.      REGISTRATION  PROCESS:    PRE-­‐REQUISITE:    Before  you  can  register  for  the  3rd  Global  Leaders  Summit,  you  must  also  register  for  the  20th  SFC  ICON.      STEP  1:  LOG-­‐IN  at  www.cfchomeoffice.com.    For   you   to   log   in,   you  must   have   your  Member   ID   Number   which   you   can   get   from   the   Infosystem.  Contact  your  chapter  servants  to  have  access  to  the  information.      

   If  you  already  have  a  confirmed  ICON  registration,  click  View  Registration  History.  Otherwise,  choose  SFC  INTERNATIONAL  CONFERENCE  (ICON)  2013  from  the  list  of  active  events  and  click  REGISTER.

Note:  The  following  guidelines  are  only  for  those  whose  ICON  registrations  are  already  confirmed.  For  those  who  are  about  to  register   for   the   ICON,  please   follow  the  guidelines   found   in  the  First  Memo.  You  can  also  register  for  the  GLS  by  choosing  it  as  your  sub-­‐event.    STEP  2:  SELECT  THE  TRANSACTION  WHICH  YOU  WOULD  LIKE  TO  REGISTER  FOR  THE  GLS.

STEP  3:  SELECT  SUB-­‐EVENT  From   the   drop-­‐down   list,   choose   3RD   GLOBAL   LEADERS   SUMMIT   (FOR   MM   &   PM).   For   foreign  delegates,  please  refer  to  the  First  Memo.

STEP  5:  SELECT  PAYMENT  OPTION  You   can   either   pay   through   cash,   bank,   or   credit   card.   Read   carefully   the   agreements   in   each   option  before  you  proceed.

STEP  7:  PROCESS  PAYMENT  You  will  be  able  to  review  your  total  bill  and  your  chosen  payment  option.  Check  on  the  box  if  you  agree  to  the  guidelines  and  the  terms  and  conditions.      

   

STEP  8:  CONFIRM  Your  registration  status  will  be  shown.  It  can  either  be  confirmed  (for  approved  credit  card  transactions)  or  pending  (cash  and  bank  transactions).  A  TRANSACTION  ID  will  be  assigned  for  each  transaction.  Take  note   of   this   as   it   would   be   helpful   in   tracking   the   status   of   your   transaction.   An   email   notification  regarding  the  status  of  your  registration  will  be  sent  to  you  and  the  delegation  head.  You  can  use  the  email  copy  as  reference  and  official  proof  of  registration  as  long  as  the  status  is  CONFIRMED.

ANNEX  –  DETAILED  PAYMENT  GUIDELINES  CASH  OPTION  

After  going  through  the  online  registration:  

1. Take  note  of  the  Transaction  ID  and  the  Amount.  You  and  your  delegation  head  will  also  receive  a  copy  of  this  transaction.  

2. Go  to  the  CFC  Center  (#156  20th  Avenue,  Cubao,  Quezon  City)  from  9am-­‐5pm  Monday  to  Friday.  

3. Pay  this  transaction  to  the  CFC  Cashier  within  2-­‐3  working  days.  (Transactions  not  paid  after  3  days  will  be  cancelled.  Once  the  transaction  is  cancelled,  you  have  to  register  again.)  

4.  The  Cashier  will  then  review  payment  and  CONFIRM  your  transaction.  

5.  An  email  notification  will  be  sent  to  you  and  your  delegation  head.    

6. Change  of  names  or  cancellation  of  transaction  is  not  allowed  once  the  transaction  has  been  confirmed.  (See  detailed  guidelines.)  

7. Bring  a  PRINTED  copy  of  your  email  confirmation  as  a  proof  of  your  registration  during  the  event.  

CREDIT  CARD  OPTION  

After  going  through  the  online  registration,  pay  through  CREDIT  CARD:  

1. Use  any  MASTERCARD,  VISA  or  JCB  credit  card.  

2. CFC  Home  Office  website  provides   a   secure   server   that  handles   confidential   information   such  as   credit  card   or   payment   information.   This   is   encrypted   using   the   latest   Secure   Sockets   Layer   (SSL)   technology.    SSL   is   the   industry   standard   tool   that  encrypts   information  and  keeps   the  data  private  and  confidential  between  your  machine  and  CFC.  This  technology  makes  it  safe  to  transmit  your  credit  card  number  over  the  Internet.  

3. A   soon   as   your   credit   card   payment   is   made   successful,   your   transaction   is   also   confirmed.  UNSUCCESSFUL   or   REJECTED   status  will   also   be   given   to   you   if   you   didn’t   successfully   enter   your   card  details  or  if  there  is  a  problem  in  your  issuing  bank.    

4. Note  that  for  credit  card  transactions,  you  will  have  to  pay  an  additional  4%  of  the  total  amount  plus  P10  per  transaction  as  a  service  charge.  

5. If  you  have  any  concern  about  your  credit  card  payment,  please  email  right  away  [email protected]    or  [email protected].  

6. An  email  notification  will  be  sent  to  you  and  your  delegation  head.    

7. Change  of  names  or  cancellation  of  transaction  is  not  allowed  once  the  transaction  has  been  confirmed.  See  detailed  guidelines.

BANK  OPTION  

After  going  through  the  online  registration:  

1. Take  note  of  the  TRANSACTION  ID  and  the  amount.  You  and  your  delegation  head  will  also  receive  a  copy  of  this  transaction.  

2. Deposit  your  payment  to  the  nearest  BPI.    

Savings  Acct  No:    3103  3205  76  Account  Name:  Couples  for  Christ  Global  Mission  Foundation  Inc.      Deposit   the   full   amount   as   reflected   in   the   transaction  within   2-­‐3  working   days   upon   registration.  Your  registration  will  automatically  cancel  after  3  days  (72  hours)  from  the  time  you  registered  online.      

3. After  deposit,  log  in  back  to  www.cfchomeoffice.com  

4. Go  to  TRANSACTION  History  (View  Registration  History)  and  click  your  TRANSACTION  ID.

5. Enter  Deposit  details  (DATE,  TIME,  REF  NUMBER,  BANK  BRANCH,  AMOUNT).  

 6. BPI  REFERENCE  NUMBER:  Located  at  Upper  Right  Side  of  Deposit  Slip.  (AlphaNumeric  Code)  

7. Finance  will  review  the  payment  and  do  confirmation.  

8. An  email  notification  will  be  sent  to  you  and  your  delegation  head.    

9. Change  of  names  or  cancellation  of  transaction  is  not  allowed  once  the  transaction  has  been  confirmed.  (See  detailed  guidelines.)  

10. Bring  a  PRINTED  copy  of  your  email  confirmation  as  a  proof  of  your  registration  during  the  event.  

11. For  transactions  that  are  pending  for  more  than  2  weeks,  please  call  CFC  Finance  c/o  Joey  at  709-­‐4868  loc  33.

TERMS  AND  CONDITIONS  

Cancellation,  Change  of  Name,  or  Refund  of  Transaction  

1. Change   of   names   or   cancellation   of   transactions   is   NOT   ALLOWED   once   the   transaction   has   been  confirmed.  

2. Deposit  same  amount  in  the  BANK  as  what  is  reflected  in  the  total  amount  in  your  transaction.  Staggered  deposits  for  one  transaction  are  not  allowed.  Your  Transaction  will  either  be  INVALIDATED  or  RETURNED  by  Finance.    

3. A  transaction  that  has  been  INVALIDATED  is  not  guaranteed  to  avail  the  same  rates  offered  of  the  date  in  your  last  transaction.  Example,  if  the  transaction  was  made  during  the  promo  period  and  your  transaction  was  INVALIDATED  after  the  promo  period,  you  will  have  to  register  again  but  with  the  current  Registration  Fee  that  is  available  on  that  period  of  your  second  registration.  

4. Refund  is  applicable  only  in  the  following  transactions:    

a. If  your  registration  has  been  RETURNED  after  the  last  registration  deadline.  Therefore  you  cannot  register  again  for  the  event  even  if  you  fix  your  transaction  and  payment.      

b. If   your   registration   has   been   PENDING   14   working   days   after   the   last   registration   deadline.  Therefore  you  will  not  have  a  CONFIRMED  status  on  the  day  if  the  EVENT.    

c. If   your   transaction   has   been   accidentally   deleted   by   the   Secretariat/Finance/Admin   and  therefore  you  were  not  able  to  officially  register  to  the  event.  Unless  you  were  informed  before  the   deadline   and   you   were   able   to   make   a   new   registration   transaction   like   the   deleted  transaction.    

d. Notice  for  REFUND  should  be  made  in  the  next  30  days  after  the  registration  deadline.  Just  email  the  SECRETARIAT  of  the  EVENT  and  give  your  BANK  details.  Wait  for  another  30  days  to  process  your  refund.  

e. Other  than  the  above  cases,  REFUND  is  not  applicable.      

5. BANK  Confirmation  will   take  14  working  days   from  the  day  you  entered  your  deposit  details   in   the  CFC  Home  Office  Online.   This  may  extend   to  19  working  days  during  peak   season   (deadline  and  end  of   the  month).    

a. To  be  able  to  facilitate  your  TRANSACTION  better  make  sure  you  do  the  ff:  i. Deposit  the  exact  amount  as  reflected  in  the  Transaction.  Not  lower,  not  staggered,  not  

higher.    ii. Write  in  the  TIME  of  DEPOSIT  the  exact  time  in  seconds  as  reflected  in  your  deposit  slip.  

During  peak  season,   there  are  many  deposits  at   the  same  time  and  some  of   the  same  amount.  An  exact  deposit  time  will  facilitate  faster  approval  of  your  transaction.  

iii. Write   in   the  Notes   field   some   items   or   explanation   you  would  want   Finance   to   know  about  your  transaction.    

iv. If   your   transaction   has   been   pending   for   more   than   19   working   days,   please   call  immediately  CFC  Finance  c/o  Joey  at  709-­‐4868  loc  33.
