Subject : SFC International Conference 2013 – Second Memo Dear brothers and sisters, 84 days to go before the most-awaited 20th SFC International Conference. Once again, I encourage everyone to register and be part of the biggest SFC event next year. To give you a better view of what will happen in the conference, we are releasing this second memo which contains details on the PRE-ICON activities, Couple Coordinators Conference, promos, and other helpful reminders. With Christmas just right around the corner, we hope that you will use a portion of your abundant financial blessings to register. Let’s continue to rally our members and make history as we celebrate two decades of strong, faithful, and committed community always ready to heed the call to evangelize and proclaim God’s greatness throughout the world. REGISTRATION REMINDERS
• Online registration will end on January 15, 2013, 11:59PM. • To hasten the confirmation process, kindly ensure that you deposit the exact amount
reflected in your transaction. There should be only one payment per transaction ID. • Make sure you have read and understood the guidelines, terms, and conditions stated in
the First Memo (http://sfcicon.com/2013/index.php/updates/memos/).
REGISTRATION RATES
• The first 1,000 to register will only have to pay P1,100. However, if this limit is not achieved, the P1,100 rate will be until November 23, 11:59PM only.
• In the event that the 1,000 slots are filled up before November 23, the registration rate will automatically change to P1,200. The same rule applies to the succeeding rates.
• Kindly refer to schedule below:

PRE-‐ICON ACTIVITIES
Online registration for the PRE-‐ICON activities will start on November 26, 2012, 12:01 AM and end on January 15, 2013, 11:59 PM. There will be no more manual registration. Registration fee is P400 for all PRE-‐ICON activities. There are four PRE-‐ICON activities to choose from. You have the option to attend just one or attend all. But since the rate is already inclusive of the fees for all activities, we encourage you to be present at all four activities.

PRE-‐ICON ONLINE REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
PRE-‐REQUISITE: Before you can register for the PRE-‐ICON activities, you must also register for the 20th SFC ICON. STEP 1: LOG-‐IN at www.cfchomeoffice.com. For you to log in, you must have your Member ID Number which you can get from the Infosystem. Contact your chapter servants to have access to the information.
If you already have a confirmed ICON registration, click View Registration History. Otherwise, choose SFC INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE (ICON) 2013 from the list of active events and click REGISTER.
Note: The following guidelines are only for those whose ICON registrations are already confirmed. For those who are about to register for the ICON, please follow the guidelines found in the First Memo.

FEBRUARY 15-17, 2013 STEP 5: SELECT PAYMENT OPTION You can either pay through cash, bank, or credit card. Read carefully the agreements in each option before you proceed.

FEBRUARY 15-17, 2013 STEP 7: PROCESS PAYMENT You will be able to review your total bill and your chosen payment option. Check on the box if you agree to the guidelines and the terms and conditions.
STEP 8: CONFIRM Your registration status will be shown. It can either be confirmed (for approved credit card transactions) or pending (cash and bank transactions). A TRANSACTION ID will be assigned for each transaction. Take note of this as it would be helpful in tracking the status of your transaction. An email notification regarding the status of your registration will be sent to you and the delegation head. You can use the email copy as reference and official proof of registration as long as the status is CONFIRMED.

5th COUPLE COORDINATORS CONFERENCE
The Lord has indeed blessed us with so much this year. From the spirit-‐filled ICON in Bohol down to our different SFC local activities, God has affirmed us of His great love and faithfulness. Indeed, He is giving us countless of opportunities to proclaim His goodness and greatness. In all of these, the Lord is always reminding us that He intends to use us and our spouses in propagating His mission. And how grateful we are that despite our shortcomings, our God is faithfully calling us to grow individually and as a couple by taking part in His great plan of salvation. With this, we are pleased to announce the upcoming 5th SFC Couple Coordinators Conference (CCC) which will be held on Friday, February 15, 2013 (moved from February 14) from 9am to 4pm. The registration fee is Php600.00 per couple (or Php300.00 per head) which will cover food, kits and materials, and other conference overhead. We highly encourage all CFC members who are serving in SFC to attend this event in the SFC ICON. Registration details are explained below:
• Online registration (via www.cfchomeoffice.com) is from November 26, 2012 to January 31, 2013 only.
• To register, you can use either your SFC Member ID or your CFC Member ID. Register for the ICON and choose Couple Coordinators Conference (CCC) as your sub-‐event.
o To guide you in the registration process, please refer to the PRE-‐ICON Online Registration Procedure.
• For International Delegates, please coordinate with Junie Romero at [email protected].

PROMOTIONS
We are giving away 5 LCD projectors to the first 5 AREAs to meet their SFC ICON 2013 allocations (with the minimum of 100 delegates) and meet the minimum ideal registration for GLS.
Minimum Ideal Registration for GLS is as follows:
1. MANILA MISSION – for a sector to a have at least one representative in all chapters
2. PHILIPPINE MISSION – for a region to have at least one representative in all provinces
All registrations must be confirmed already (pending transactions are not counted). The secretariat and promo team will determine the winners. Winners will be announced through our SFC ICON 2013 succeeding memos, your mission workers, and through social media.
