Congratulations to all who showcased their talents by making your projects for the 2017 Outagamie County Fair.To all of you selected to go on to the State Fair, WOW what an opportunity to be at the Big Show!

And of course a big thank you to all of the 4-H members and leaders who went above and beyond with your very public interaction with anybody who had a question, or let people hold, touch and feed your animals. The young and old alike will remember that moment at the Fair!

Now I know it is that time of year for awards at both the Club and County level for all the hard work and the fun times we have had this past year, but we have to keep an eye to the future in choosing projects for next year with an eye to something different to learn. Now also is the time to ask yourself, am I ready for the next big thing? We are always looking for help. Maybe you can help the Executive Committee, maybe camping is your thing or the Youth Leaders need more mentors. These are just a few that “make the best better!”
