Projet majeur de renouvellement urbain sur une superficie de 240 hectares dont l’un des buts est de promouvoir des innovations dans les domaines urbain, social, énergétique et écologique via notamment des démonstrateurs :• Ilôt biosourcé/bois : 200 logements, avec un usage maximal des matériaux biosourcés, sur 5 à 7 niveaux

à énergie positive/passive (Bepos/Bepas). Opération : 2013-2016.• Ilôt smartgrid : 80 logements + 1000 m² d’activités pourvus d’une gestion intelligente de la mixité énergique

(Bepos/Bepas). Opération : 2013-2015.• Ilôt avec géothermie intégrée : 90 logements + 1700 m² d’activité équipés de sondes géothermiques

incorporées aux pieux de fondations (Bepos/Bepas). Opération : 2012-2014.

A major urban renewal scheme covering some 240 ha, whose aims include driving urban, social, energy and ecological innovation, primarily through demonstrators :• Biosourced/wood block: 200 passive and positive energy housing units of between 5 and 7 storeys,

maximising use of biosourced materials. Operation: 2013 – 2016.• Smartgrid block: 80 housing units + 1000 m² of activities, with intelligent management system for positive

and passive energy. Operation: 2013 – 2015.• Geothermal block: 90 housing units + 1700 m² of activities, with geothermal probes built into the foundation piles.

31 L’Observatoire : bâtiment témoin à énergie positive The Observatory: positive-energy demonstration-building

Bâtiment de 220 m² à énergie positive né d’une initiative d’industriels, conçu avec des critères de haute qualité environnementale (premiers bilans énergétiques : besoins primaires estimés à 37 kWh/m2/an (contre 40 à 80 kWh/m2/an pour les bâtiments BBC). Opération : 2012.

A 220 m² positive-energy building. An industry initiative designed to high environmental standards (first energy balances: primary needs estimated at 37 kWh/m²/yr (compared to 40 – 80 kWh/m²/yr for low-energy buildings). Operation: 2012.

32 Ease : Usine-école Ease: Factory school

Centre de formation dédié aux métiers de la production en salles blanches. Cette nouvelle infrastructure est destinée aux secteurs de la santé, de la chimie fine, de l’analyse environnementale et de l’agroalimentaire. Opération : 2015.

A training centre for clean-room production in the healthcare, fine chemicals, environmental analysis and agrifood sectors. Operation: 2015.

Projet collaboratif visant à développer de nouveaux polyuréthanes plus respectueux de l’environnement et de la santé. Programme : 2011-2013. 1,6M€.

35 Biovalsan : biométhane et flux de station d’épuration - 1ère en France Biovalsan: biomethane and wastewater treatment – 1st in France

Projet d’injection de biométhane dans le réseau de chaleur de ville provenant d’une station d’épuration de Strasbourg. Mise en route : 2014.

A project involving the injection of biomethane derived from a Strasbourg wastewater treatment plant into the city’s heating system. Roll out: 2014.

Biodéconditionneur qui prétraite les déchets fermentescibles emballés ou mêlés d’emballages (secteur agroalimentaire, grande distribution) permettant leur méthanisation. Mise en route : 2010.

Pretreatment of packaged and non-packaged fermentable waste (agrifood and supermarket sectors) to ready it for methanisation. Roll out: 2010.

37 Senerval, biométhane et flux de déchets ménagers méthanisables Senerval: biomethane and methanizable household waste

Site de production de biométhane à partir des déchets fermentescibles de l’usine d’incinération des ordures ménagères de Strasbourg. Mise en route : 2014.

38 G-eau-thermie, plateforme géothermique G-eau-thermie: geothermal centre

Plateforme qui contribuera à l’essor de la géothermie grâce à une meilleure connaissance des réservoirs géothermiques pro-fonds et au développement de nouvelles technologies d’exploitation. Programme 2012 – 2020. 3M€. Label LABEX au PIA.
