You will also need to embrace our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week. We require an experienced and dynamic Fitness Motivator to deliver a world class customer experience to our customers. Main Goal To provide motivation and support for customers to achieve their fitness goals, through the consistent delivery of one to one first appointments, group sessions and meaningful gym floor contact. Key Performance Indicator To provide a ‘world famous’ customer experience that keeps people coming back. Key Result Areas To proactively promote the consistent application of the company vision, values and beliefs. To deliver Everyone Active appointments and sessions. To make every member visit an enjoyable experience and deliver consistent and meaningful contact in the gym. NVQ level 2 or Advanced gym/Instructor/Personal Trainer Level 2 as well as REPS are essential, Level 3 is desirable.
