4Z-BTR Katodik Koruma Redresörü, dış akımlı katodik koru-ma sistemlerinin akım ihtiyacını karşılamak üzere tasarlanmış ve üretilmiştir. Ürün, tam otomatik, 4-20 mA ve kuru kontak çıkışları ile uzaktan izlemeye ve kontrole uygun bir DC güç kay-nağıdır. Redresörün anot-katot çıkışları, referans elektrot girişi, SCADA çıkışları, kontak çıkışları şebeke girişinden ve birbir-lerinden, optik ve manyetik elemanlarla galvanik olarak izole edilmiştir.

Güç kontrol devresi yüksek frekansta çalışan, düşük dalgalan-ma seviyeli, yüksek verimli DC-DC çeviriciden oluşturulmuş, anahtarlama elemanı olarak “MOSFET” kullanılmıştır. Bu saye-de ürün, yüksek hızlı DSP kontrolörü ile her türlü yük koşulları altında kararlı bir çalışma sağlar.

Kesikli çalışma fonksiyonu ile hat besleme ve bekleme süreleri 0.1 saniyelik adımlarla ayarlanabilir ve bu sayede sisteme ekstra bir kesici (INTERRUPTER) eklenmeden boru hattı ölçümleri ra-hatlıkla yapılabilir. Opsiyonel GPS modülü sayesinde de birçok redresör eş zamanlı olarak çalıştırılabilir.

Referans elektrot girişi üzerinde bulunan sayısal NOTCH filtre ile AC gerilim bastırılarak yalnız DC değerin doğru bir şekilde ölçümü yapılır.

4Z-BTR is a DSP controlled, fully programmable, high efficiency cathodic protection rectifier designed to keep up with the se-vere conditions faced in harsh working environment, equipped with all the necessary protective components and functions to protect itself under extreme conditions such as overcurrent and overheat or surges coming from any cable connection.

4Z-BTR has a high efficiency insulating step down transformer with an efficiency of greater than %95 and is designed to wit-stand an overload condition of %125 contiuously.

4Z-BTR Power Module consists of a Low output ripple High efficiency step down DC to DC converter operating at 50 KHz. High switching frequency allows fast output control and line voltage compensation. Utilisation of a DC to DC converter pro-vides an overal efficiency of greater than %90 The System is able to diagnose and report critical conditions such as Anode,

Cathode or Reference electrode cable brakes and also logs the error codes with time stamp for future analyses(-420 model), a simple terminal program running on a Personal Computer can be connected easly over RS232 port to view the error log, no special computer program is needed. It’s unique feature of being able to synchronize multiple rectifiers through GPS satellites (optional) makes it possible to conduct pipeline di-agnostic works without using expensive external interrupters.
