5 easy steps to register BCBP NAC38

1. Go to nac38.com

2. Click Registration tab then click register button. Or you can open the online registration page by clicking here.

3. Fill up the registration form. You need to fill in the blanks especially the blue colored labeled field then click send.

You will receive a system generated email that states the confirmation of your registration and Sign In credentials (Username and Password), so that you can log in to the Online Portal and update your information (Travel Details, Hotel, etc.). It also includes your 8-digit REFERENCE NUMBER that you will use when you attach or send copy of your validated deposit slip upon payment at BPI bank.

4. Pay Registration fees through the (a) BPI bank or (b) BPI Banking Online (a) Go to the nearest BPI branch in your area for registration payment. Proceed to BPI’s BEA machine (BPI Express Assist)

Transaction: Deposit Cash or Check

Amount: 2,500

As you receive your deposit slip write down your name & reference number

(b)Transact online with the above details. Type your name and Reference # on the Remarks box.

5. Scan and attach your deposit slip.

Keep your bank receipt for future reference.

You will receive a system generated email confirming your payment.

Congratulations! You are now registered for NAC38.

How to Update Registration Information After you have decided your travel schedule, you need to update the travel details (Arrival date, Hotel/Inn, and Transpo code) in your registration information. This is required in order to facilitate shuttle assistance from airport to your designated hotel during arrival.

2. Click NAC37 Registration tab then click Log in button. Or you can open the Log in page by clicking here.

3. Log in using your Username and Password provided from the email

4. Fill in data of your Arrival date, Hotel/Inn, and Transpo code

5. Click send and you’re Done!

How to Register as a Group

Group Registration Just as some groups have done earlier, we suggest they appoint a NAC chair to do the online registration for their members. S/He can then use own e-mail address so as to tract registration details such as reference numbers needed for BPI payment and username /password for each member just in case member records need to be updated. All these information will be sent as each of their members are registered.

Payment must be done one deposit slip per reference no. Cash deposit machines are not allowed since NAC 38 has a current account. Direct online payments may be allowed provided you insert your name & Reference # in the REMARKS box before sending your transaction. Screenshot and attach on your updated registration.

As best practice, the NAC 38 team will not register members for them. It is still more effective and easier for them and the NAC 38 organizers if they do the registration locally within their chapter

/outreach at the most with their appointed NAC chair as it reduces introduction of errors and greatly fast tracts the approval of their registration.
