    Its really quite simple. You magnecally aract to you the things you think about most

    oen, whether you want them or not. This is the basis for what is commonly known as the law

    of aracon.

    We live in a universe that is made up of energy, both in physical and non-physical forms. All

    energy travels in waves (or vibraons) and it can never be destroyed, it merely changes forms.

    A dierent rate of vibraon exists between the energy we can see with our eyes, such as our

    bodies, and the energy that we cannot see but that also exists, such as a radio wave. Youve

    seen energy, in the power of an ocean wave, and youve also felt it around you, for example, in

    the presence of someone you strongly dislike.

    Your thoughts are energy too and your brain is the most powerful electromagnec

    processing tool ever created. Use it wisely and the things you desire in life will start to

    magnecally and magically move towards you. Think of yourself as a powerful transmier of

    energy, recognizing that what you send out to the universe will be returned to you in equal

    measure.

    The average person has approximately 60,000 thoughts each day. What do you spend most

    of your thoughts thinking about? Do you focus on your goals and aspiraons? Do you use your

    thoughts to build your faith, condence and posive beliefs?

    Or do you think about your fears and worries, wondering how youre going to pay your bills?

    Do you focus on your anger, jealousy or other negave emoons? Do you kill your dreams with

    self-doubts or false beliefs?

    The results that you see and experience in your life will generally tell you a great deal about

    the kind of thoughts youve been having and whether theyre helping or hindering you. You are

    or unconsciously.

    If you doubt the power of your own thoughts, heres a very simple example as to how you

    already use the power of your mind to manifest your reality. Youve likely experienced the

    following at least once in your lifeme. Youd been thinking about a friend you hadnt spoken to

    in a while. Shortly thereaer your phone rang or you received an email. It was your friend

    geng in touch with you, responding to the vibraon of your thought energy. No doubt you

    can think of other examples of how some of your thoughts turned into reality.

    The challenge is that most of us frequently think negave thoughts. In fact, roughly 80% of

    the average persons thoughts are negave. Negave thoughts are oen so paerned into our

    thinking that were not even aware of them and are thus unconsciously aracng negavity or

    more of what we dont want into our lives.

    Why would we ever choose negave thoughts over posive ones? Somewhere along the

    way we developed these negave thought paerns or beliefs. They can come from our culture,

    media or external messaging, our family, our upbringing or a key event or situaon. Whatever

    the case, were oen not even aware of them. Nor do we queson the validity of these

    thoughts or the impact that they have on our lives.

    For example, think of something in your life that youve always wanted to be, do or have but

    that is not currently part of your reality. What are the thoughts, beliefs or story you are telling

    yourself about that parcular thing? Be very honest with yourself here. If youre telling yourself

    all the reasons why you cant be, do or have that thing then you are unconsciously pung up

    barriers on the road to your own success.

    Recognizing this fact and becoming more aware of your own thoughts is the rst step to

    giving the green light to your dreams and successfully manifesng whatever you desire in life.

    Guiding PrinciplesYour present reality is temporary. Wherever you are in life, whatever is going on right at this

    moment in me, is desned to change. All of life, including yours, is in a constant state of shi

    and evoluon.

    Simply look around you, look back upon your life and youll see that this is true. Grass

    grows, seasons change, the moon cycles, humanity evolves, the landscape of life connually

    shis and changes. You, as well as the circumstances of your life have connually undergone

    change and transformaon. Many of us make the mistake of focusing on our current reality and

    generang thoughts or fears that support it being our permanent reality. This is not the case.

    Wherever or however your life is right now, it is only temporary.

    You are what you believe. As you focus on what you believe, you begin to magnify the power

    of your beliefs. Most oen when you believe something, that belief is operang at a

    subconscious level of your mind which is innitely more powerful than your conscious mind.

    The queson is whether you are holding beliefs which empower or limit yourself.

    When you believe in something, it is like pung on a pair of glasses that lter and align your

    vision accordingly. Your subconscious funcons like a computer, constantly ltering informaon

    or searching for opportunies that either support or match your beliefs. It then either rejects

    the informaon or delivers it to your conscious mind. For instance, if you believe that people

    are kind, you will noce people who reect that belief. If you believe that people are unkind,

    you will nd people and circumstances that reect that belief. Either way, it is your beliefs that

    lter what you see.

    What do you believe? Become aware of your beliefs, queson them and ensure that they are

    aligned with your vision for yourself. If they are not, culvate new beliefs where necessary.

    Equally important is to believe, without any doubt, that what you desire is on its way. Dont

    be concerned with the details of how or when it's coming. Let the universe handle those. Your

    role is simply to remain focused on building your beliefs, your desires and your intenons.

    You are ulmately responsible. Self-responsibility is the cornerstone of taking charge of your

    life and establishing a healthy sense of overall well-being. You are ulmately responsible for

    your feelings, your acons and your life. The responsibility for the consequences of your

    choices and behaviors, both posive and negave, is also yours. Moving forward towards your

    dream life requires an earnest willingness to accept yourself and your life, learn from your

    mistakes and genuinely seek to grow.

    Accepng responsibility does not imply accepng blame or guilt but moreover, it is about an

    honest and curious inquiry into how and why your life is the way it is. What assumpons,

    beliefs or atudes movated your choices and what can you change in the future? For

    example, in reference to a parcular situaon you could ask yourself, What beliefs do I have

    that I allowed that to happen?

    Ask yourself what would be dierent if you took responsibility for your happiness, your

    nancial security, your career, your relaonships and your health? What are the benets to you

    of not taking responsibility for your health, nances, goals, emoons and relaonships?

    A healthy sense of self-responsibility both reects and generates posive self-esteem.

    People with high self-esteem are condent and feel that they are in control of their lives.

    Through their thoughts and their acons, they deliberately and connually seek soluons and

    improvements, fast-tracking their way to achieving whatever it is that they want in life.

    Believe in that which you cannot see. To truly harness the power to manifest the life of your

    dreams, you must believe in things that you cannot see. While there is a great deal of scienc

    and anecdotal evidence that like aracts like, thought precedes form, miracles do happen

    and that there is more to life than meets the eye, many sll queson what they cannot see.

    The best way to build belief in things you cannot see is to experience and to queson.

    Look no further than the miracle of your own life to begin to recognize that there is much

    more to life than what you can see with your own eyes. Are you breathing? Do you have

    thoughts? Do you experience intuive moments? Do you believe in love, yet cant see it? Have

    you ever experienced incredible moments of synchronicity?

    These things are real. Yet how do they happen or where do they come from? They may be

    abstract forms or concepts but their existence cannot be denied because youve experienced

    them. Engage yourself as an inquisive student of the non-physical aspects and forms of life.

    Becoming a powerful manifester will require you to harness the power of things that you

    cannot see, such as your thoughts, your spirit and your energy. It will also require you to believe

    that the power of other energies and forces in life will be co-creang your dreams with you.

    The Universe, Spirit, The Divine, God, Buddha, Innite Being, Creator, Lifeforce, whatever

    you wish to call it explore it, feel it, queson it, experience it, enjoy it and believe in it. It is on

    the other side of what you cannot see where youll discover a whole new world of limitless

    possibilies and the innite power to create your most hearelt desires.

    Focus on your desires, not your fears. On the path to manifesng your dreams, it is essenal

    to dispel any fears you may have, as well as the host of negave thoughts and emoons that

    are reigning in your mind.

    When you wish to create more, focus your aenon on what you wish to experience, not on

    your fears and doubts. While it is important to acknowledge and be aware of your fears, do not

    allow them to hold you hostage. Listen to them, learn from them and let them go. Do not live

    with them nor allow them to control you or your life.

    Focus instead on your desires and all the wonderful feelings that come with them. Its not

    always easy to let go of your fears but if you really want to make your wishes come true,

    pracce and choose to step forward with faith.

    Give your lifes energy to your highest hopes, desires, dreams and posive possibilies and

    let that be the fuel that propels your life to new heights.

    Keep your baery fully charged. Remember to feel good as you do the work of manifesng

    what you desire. Why do you want your dream or your thing? More oen than not, it has to

    do with the fact that having that thing will make you feel good. Like aracts like so as you

    connue to feel good and keep your emoons posive, you will naturally aract those things

    that make you feel good.

    Your mood greatly aects your ability to aract the results you desire. Your thoughts trigger

    feelings that will render you in either a good or a bad mood. The best indicator of your

    emoonal state and energec vibraon is your mood. Keep in mind that your thoughts become

    far more powerful when they are charged by posive, high-vibraon emoons such as joy and

    appreciaon.

    How do you keep your vibraons and emoons on the feel good side of life? There are a

    number of ways including the use of music, dance, visualizaons, declaraons, scripng and

    armaons to name just a few. The crical point is to try new things and nd tools that work

    for you. Keeping yourself feeling good is an essenal part of your inside work.

    Also be mindful of the importance of managing your outside environment. Surround

    yourself with things, people, places and acvies that help make you feel good. Ensure that

    what is in your life lis you and gives you energy, rather than leaving you feeling drained or

    depleted.

    Quite simply, to create a life that feels good, you have to begin by feeling good.

    Change is easy. When you are in absolute harmony with what you truly desire and what is

    truly in your heart, change is easy. Whether you currently nd change easy or dicult depends

    on whether you graciously accept or reject it as being part of your life. It also depends upon

    whether your goals and desires are in alignment with the change.

    Your life is going to change on you at some point, its inevitable. Whether you insgate

    change or life changes on you, learn to welcome and accept change, knowing that its sending

    you in a new direcon. Parts of you must change in order for you to manifest your dreams.

    change as an adventure. Ask instead, Where is this taking me?, What will I learn from this?

    Dont resist change, ow with it and accept it. Everything will fall into place. New doors will

    open, new opportunies will appear and new ways of looking at your situaon will arise. The

    universe will help you and work with you because it wants you to nd happiness, success and

    fullment.

    It may take some me, faith and pracce but when you can reach that place of being at

    harmony with change, youll nd that change really is easy.

    What Was I Thinking?

    Most people would like to have more money, whether its to be able to live a more

    comfortable lifestyle, enjoy a secure rerement, travel or pay o debt. Many meet with limited

    success because they fail to begin in the right place, their head.

    The rst step in manifesng more money is examining and becoming more aware of some of

    your commonly held beliefs and thoughts about money. Our culture, our upbringing and ourfamily are oen sources of some of our most deeply ingrained subconscious beliefs. No doubt,

    for instance, youve heard the saying money doesnt grow on trees, a message that suggests

    that money is hard to come by.

    What do you tell yourself about money? Do you tell yourself that theres not enough to go

    around? Is money only for successful people? Did you grow up poor and therefore believe youll

    always be poor? Do you believe that its dicult to make more money? You cannot manifest

    more money unl you begin to improve your own relaonship with money.

    Whatever your current beliefs are, you can build new, more empowering beliefs. Begin by

    becoming aware of the story youre telling yourself about money. Be very honest with yourself

    here. You may even wish to make a list of all the beliefs and thoughts you have about money.

    With this awareness, you can begin to queson the beliefs that are hindering you, eventually

    replacing them with beliefs that aligned with your goals. For example, if you grew up poor and

    believe youll always be poor, youre not allowing yourself to believe in anything but your own

    poverty. Through your own thinking you are, in fact, keeping yourself poor.

    Is your story really true? No! Look at the world around you and you can nd numerous

    examples of people who also grew up poor and who successfully transformed their nancial

    circumstances. And guess what, you can too.

    Examine your beliefs closely. Most likely, the opposite of what you currently believe is

    exactly the belief you need to build upon. If you currently believe that you dont deserve

    wealth, for instance, ask yourself, Why not me? Then begin to build new beliefs that support

    all the reasons why you do deserve more wealth.

    Whatever you desire nancially is yours, the moment that you believe it is.

    Its Decision Time

    What is your goal with regards to money? Do you want to rid yourself of debt? Are you

    looking to double or triple your income? Do you wish to create enough wealth to live a more

    comfortable lifestyle and be able to do all the things that you enjoy?

    This is the me for you to get very clear about your goal and to rmly commit to change. Its

    crical that you feel driven, connected and passionate about your goal in order to succeed.

    Telling yourself, Im going to try to eliminate my debt is not a powerful goal. Instead, your

    goal needs to be clear and one to which you are rmly commied, such as, I am commied to

    managing my income and expenses in such a way that I will eliminate my debt by the end of

    this year.

    Wanng your nancial circumstances to change in any way requires a rm decision on your

    part that you are ready for things to be dierent. Set your intenon on beginning to move

    where you wish to go and you shi from wondering if things will ever change to making them

    change.

    Review your goal. What old habits or paerns can you begin to change that will support your

    goal? What new behaviors or thoughts can you adopt that will help you? Foster a way of being

    and doing that is aligned with your new goal. For example, developing a budget would be a

    good start to helping to eliminate debt.

    The key here is to make a commied decision to your goal so that the powers of the

    universe can make a commitment to your goal as well.

    Your Parade of Abundance

    Abundance comes in many forms; me, money, freedom, goods, nature, love, knowledge,

    gis, resources and more. The best way to raise your vibraon and aract even more

    abundance into your life, in any form, is to appreciate the abundance that you already have.

    Not only does this exercise keep your thoughts and feelings posive, but it also focuses your

    thinking in the right direcon, on what you already have and not on what you feel is missing.

    There are many ways in which you can celebrate your abundance. You may wish to start a

    gratude journal. Or you may wish to give thanks in your prayers or meditaons. A wonderful

    exercise is to put your hand over your heart, take a

    few deep breaths and think about all the things you

    are grateful for. Some people like to visualize a

    celebratory parade of abundance going through

    their home with oats represenng me, money

    and so on.

    Whatever means you choose to celebrate your

    abundance, be sure to make appreciaon a daily

    pracce. Youll appreciate the immediate dierence

    it makes to your life.

    How High do You Want to Go?

    Many of us are accustomed to aiming too low when it comes to money. Again, this most

    oen relates to the beliefs weve held about money. Now that youre building new beliefs

    about money, where do you truly wish to go? How much wealth would you truly like to create?And, most importantly, what is having that money going to do for you? Connect with the

    feelings youre going to experience by having more money.

    As you begin to expand your thinking and vision of your nancial goals, write down your

    vision with specic amounts and melines, being sure to also include what it would mean to

    you to achieve your vision. Remember, it does not maer what your current reality is. That is

    only temporary.

    The goal here is to expand your imaginaon, envision new possibilies and begin to build the

    pathways to creang a very new nancial future.

    Now for the really fun part! Youve begun to re-program your beliefs and have rmly

    commied yourself to your new vision. Its imperave to keep your sights set on your vision.

    Think of it this way. If youve ever parcipated in any type of running event, a marathon forinstance, once you leave the start line, what do you begin to think about? A successful runner

    focuses on the nish line, their desired result and what theyre going to feel like when they get

    there. They do not dwell at the start line nor upon any parcular moment along the running

    course.

    How do you keep your aenon on your vision? Let your mind have fun. Imagine what you

    will do with your newly created wealth. Visualize yourself having achieved your goals and whatyour life will then look like. Know that its not a maer of if but when you will get there.

    coming to you. I am aracng a fullling, full-me job in customer service that compensates

    me well and that is a short commute from my home is a good example.

    A nal way to set your energy in moon is to pracce and hone the skills youd be using in

    your new job. Begin to do and be the job you wish to have. Say, for example, youd like to

    publish a book and become an author. You have experse in your niche, youve got the desire

    and you can visualize yourself becoming an author one day. Although you are not currently an

    author, begin to act as if you are. Establish a daily pracce of wring. Start a blog or write

    arcles for other publicaons in your niche. Meet and network with other authors. Hang out in

    the local bookstore and aend wring events or workshops.

    By deliberately stepping into your new career shoes, your intenon and your message to the

    universe is crystal clear this is who I am and this where I want to go.

    Theres Not a Doubt in My Mind

    Doubt will not be your friend on the journey to manifesng your ideal career. Whether itcomes in the form of your own thoughts, Do I really have the skills I will need? or perhaps

    The only certainty that you have in life is this very moment, right now. To achieve truehappiness is to enjoy living in the now.

    Many of us spend much of our me or thought dwelling in the past, rethinking past events or

    wondering about what could have been. Or, we wonder what the future will bring, with a sense

    of hope or perhaps worry. Neither the past nor the future will bring you happiness now.

    The path to creang true happiness now is to feel grateful for what you have today.

    Gratude is an incredibly high energy feeling that will shi your energy into a more powerful

    and posive state, allowing even more good things to be drawn to you.

    How can you pracce gratude and being happy now? Be thankful for everything that you

    have today. Look around you and noce all the things that you can appreciate. Be thankful for

    your friends and family. Be thankful for the work you have and the food on your table. Be

    Heres a startling thought however. Each of us has approximately 60,000 thoughts every day,

    80% of which are negave. Thats 48,000 unhelpful thoughts were allowing ourselves to think

    each day! Its no wonder that so many people feel discontent or unhappy.

    The good news is that you can change your mind. You can become more aware of your

    thinking and consciously choose to replace negave thoughts with posive ones. As the saying

    simply goes, you can learn to look on the bright side of life.

    A simple way to do this is to nd the contrast in your situaon, to look for a more posive

    perspecve. My grandmother was excellent in this area. As she got older, she began to lose her

    memory as many seniors do. One day she became confused midway through a story and

    realized shed forgoen some of the details. She paused for a moment and then simply said,

    Well, my memorys not working so well but my forgeer is working really well. You can use

    humour to nd the bright side, as my grandmother oen did, but the key is to nd some way to

    switch your perspecve to a more posive one. As a result, youll feel happier in that moment

    and begin to build a mindset that will foster an overall sense of happiness throughout your life.

    There is just one caveat here. While its important to be able to change your mind, its also

    important to listen to the wisdom of your heart. Your heart intuively knows what will truly

    make you happy.

    How many mes have you said no in life when you really wanted to say yes? Maybe you

    were oered a gi or an evening out and said No, I shouldnt or No, I cant for whatever

    reason. Meanwhile you could feel that your heart was telling you that it was an experience you

    would have very much enjoyed that had now passed you by. Start saying yes to opportunies

    that call your heart and enjoy the joy and happiness that comes with doing what you truly

    want.

    Just Tell it Like It Is

    Into every life a lile rain must fall. Understanding and abiding by all the principles weve

    discussed thus far will not cause you to live happily ever aer, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week,

    365 days a year. You must accept and understand that you will experience down periods, whichare enrely normal and arguably essenal to realizing the life of your dreams.

    During lifes ups and downs, we will oen experience lower energy, contrasng emoons

    such as anger, depression or frustraon. Keep in mind however, that your thoughts create your

    feelings so these emoons are actually valuable indicators of the direcon your thoughts are

    taking. Rather than giving in to these feelings you can use the opportunity to become more

    aware of what youre projecng into the world (and thus manifesng) and to replace them withthe helpful, more posive thoughts and feelings that you do want.

    Heres an example. You recently applied for a promoon at work and despite your high level

    of qualicaon, you were overlooked for the job. As a result, you feel angry and frustrated. The

    longer you linger with those feelings, the longer it will take you to nd the work that you do

    want.

    What kinds of thoughts are in your mind to create these negave feelings? Maybe youre

    thinking that you arent as qualied as you thought? Maybe youre second guessing some of

    the answers you gave in your interview? Maybe youre wondering whether you deserve a

    promoon?

    Well, think again. Perhaps your qualicaons are more suited to an even beer job? Maybe

    its me to start looking outside of the company? Or maybe its me to start your own businessand design your own future?

    A Healthy Body is All in Your Head

    If you want to get healthy and stay that way, let me tell you that its all in your head. The

    same principles of using posive focused thoughts to generate strong posive emoons and

    create posive results applies to anything you wish to manifest in your life, including good

    health.

    The connecon between mind, body and spirit is well known. When your mind programs a

    thought, your body responds accordingly. As an example, try this simple exercise. Stand up, feet

    at on the oor, with a partner just behind you. Think of a situaon in your life that upset you

    or that you feel badly about. As you are doing so, have your partner place three ngers on your

    shoulder and try to pull you backwards, o your feet.

    Once youve tried that part of the exercise, remain standing, feet at on the oor, partner in

    the same posion. Now think of a situaon in which you felt strong, condent and posive. As

    you are doing so, have your partner try to pull you backwards again.

    What happened? On the second try, chances are that your partner didnt have much luck

    geng you to move. Why? It was due to the fact that you were thinking posive thoughts that

    powered and energized your enre body, strengthening you in your stance. That is a simpledemonstraon as to how the power of your mind inuences your body.

    The bodys reacon to stress headaches, high blood pressure, disease, etc. is another

    great example of the eect of our thoughts on our physiology. Consider the placebo eect as

    Say that you want to reduce your weight as part of your goal to enjoy beer health. Many

    people in this situaon focus their aenon or thoughts negavely, with thoughts such as, Ive

    always been overweight or I dont have me to cook a healthy meal or I dont know if I can

    What is the message that your thoughts are sending to your

    body? Why do you have such thoughts? Where did they come

    from? How can you begin to build more posive and

    empowering thoughts?

    Culvate feelings of self worth. Arm what is working well

    with your body. Recognize areas for improvement but also

    acknowledge what youre already doing well. Build your support

    system of resources and people who will help, guide and

    support you.
