Students make posters about what they daily do in the morning and present it verbally. Then they are to label their posters and compare theirs with others inside the class.

Students appreciated being aware of what they will study and the rubrics for evaluating their work. Some students weren't comfortable with doing records inside the class. I guess if I had used flash cards and jumping squares activity, this would have created more fun.
