PLAYER AND STAFF HEALTH
• A verbal health screening will be conducted upon your arrival. We will not be doing temperature checks.
• You will not be admitted onto the course if you answer Yes to one or more of the following questions:
1. Have you tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 14 days?
2. Have you been exposed to a person with confirmed COVID-19 within the last 14 days?
3. Are you experiencing any symptoms associated with COVID-19 such as: Fever greater than 100.4F, cough, loss of taste or smell, sore throat or shortness of breath?
• Golfers unable to attend due to COVID-19 illness, exposure, or symptoms will receive a refund.
• Handshaking is discouraged. We recommend air-fives and elbow bumps.

GOLF FORMAT
• The Golf Classic will be held completely outdoors.
• To remove the crowd gathering common with shotgun starts, this year golf teams will be formatted with assigned tee times.
• Teams will tee off every ten minutes 7am-2pm.
• Teams are limited to five individuals.
• Golfers should arrive 15 minutes before your designated tee time, and leave no more than 15 minutes after your game has concluded.
• There will be no after party. Winners will be notified the following day.

CARTS
• Two carts per team, walking is encouraged.
• Driver and passenger(s) of carts should assign placement to remain consistent throughout the game. Driver to remain driver; passenger to remain passenger on same cart.
• Carts will be thoroughly sanitized between rounds.
GAMES ON THE COURSE
• Games at sponsor holes must be sanitized between groups.
• Players must sanitize hands before playing.
• Strongly encourage players to do their best to maintain social distancing.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE
• To continue the limiting of crowd gathering, meals will be served as individually boxed.
• Johnson’s Bakery breakfast will be distributed between 6:30am and 9:00am.
• SuperOne lunch will be distributed between 10:00am and 2:00pm.
• Coffee will be poured by one designated staff person or volunteer.
• There will be no after party. Winners will be notified the following day.
• Beverage stations will be open as planned.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS + PUBLIC SPACES
• Registration will be limited-contact with 6ft social distancing.
• Masks and gloves are not required on the course, but will be provided at registration.
• Masks are required inside the clubhouse.
• There will be ample sanitation stations outdoors.
• The lobby bathrooms in the clubhouse will be open but limited to number of people at one time.
• RCC and Chamber staff will conduct extra sanitizing of restrooms, touch points, and public spaces throughout the day.
• Open-lid waste bins with be placed throughout the course.
• Hand sanitizer will be available at every hole and at registration.
