DESCRI PT IO N

The Model 5320 is an Automatic MainsFailure Control Module. The module isused to monitor a mains supply andautomatically start a standby generator set.The module also provides indication ofoperational status and fault conditions,automatically shutting down the genset andindicating failures by means of an LCDdisplay, and appropriate flashing LED onthe front panel.Selected timers and alarms can be alteredby the customer from the front panel.Alterations to the system are made usingthe 810 interface and a PC. This interfacealso provides real time diagnostic facilities.It is also possible to monitor the operationof the system either locally or remotely.(Optional: Remote Communications outputversions only).Easy push button controlOperation of the module is via pushbuttoncontrols (with security locking facility)mounted on the front panel withSTOP/RESET, AUTO, MANUAL andSTART pushbuttons. The first threepushbuttons feature LED ‘selected’indications. Further pushbuttons provideLCD DISPLAY SCROLL, LAMP TEST andMUTE functions.

Microprocessor controlThe module features 16-Bit microprocessorcontrol and a comprehensive list of timersand pre-configured sequences. Thisallows demanding specifications to beachieved.

The 5320 module provides a four-line textLCD display with the followinginstrumentation displays, accessed via theLCD DISPLAY SCROLL push-buttons:
